Description
本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念に記載の形式の強固なケーシングの製作法から出発する。
独立請求項の特徴部に記載した本発明による強固なケーシングの製作法は、特に簡単且つ廉価に、磁気的な分離部を有するケーシングを量産技術で確実に製作可能であるという利点を有している。特に個々の構成部材の単純性に基づいて、特殊工具において公知の製作法と比べて減少された手間しかかからない。更に、本発明による方法は、材料選択における高いフレキシビリティーを可能にする。それというのも、本発明では個別に使用されるべき薄板ストリップ用に多数の材料が使用可能だからである。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (8)
- ケーシング(66)が少なくとも3つのゾーン(55,56,57)を有しており、すぐ連続する2つのゾーン(55,56,57)が、それぞれ異なる磁気特性を有している形式の、強固なケーシング(66)、特に電磁式で作動可能な弁のための弁ケーシングの製作法において、
a)すぐ隣り合った薄板がそれぞれ異なる磁気特性を有する、少なくとも3枚の相並んだ平らな金属薄板(60,61)を用意し、
b)前記の少なくとも3枚の薄板(60,61)の、すぐ隣り合って位置する境界縁部(65)を、1つの薄板区分(62)を形成するために接合し、
c)該薄板区分(62)をスリーブ形に変形させ、
d)スリーブの長手方向で延在する、対向位置する境界縁部(65′)を、スリーブ素材(64)を形成するために相互に固定し、
e)ケーシング(66)の所望のジオメトリが得られるまで、スリーブ素材(64)に最終加工を施すことを特徴とする、強固なケーシングの製作法。 - 外側の2枚の薄板(60)を磁性材料から成らしめ、これらの2枚の薄板(60)の間に入れられる真ん中の薄板(61)を非磁性材料から成らしめる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 外側の薄板(60)が強磁性又はフェライト性であり、これらの薄板の間に位置する薄板(61)がオーステナイト性である、請求項2記載の方法。
- 薄板(60,61)を平らに圧延された、寸法通りに仕立てられた薄板区分として用意する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 薄板(60,61)の、すぐ隣り合って位置する境界縁部(65)の接合を、レーザ溶接を用いて行う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 薄板区分(62)のスリーブ形への変形を、ローリング、タンブリング又は曲げ加工によって行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記変形後にスリーブの長手方向で延在する、対向位置する境界縁部(65′)の相互固定をレーザ溶接によって行う、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- スリーブ素材(64)の最終加工を、延伸、タンブリング、縁曲げ及び/又はチューリップ状に拡開することによって行う、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
