Description
請求項1の特徴部記載のように構成された複合部材、すなわち、冒頭に述べた形式の複合部材において、複合部材の出発材料が、セミオーステナイト鋼であり、第1の区分が、隣接した第2の区分に比べて高い飽和分極Jsを有しており、第2の区分が0.1T〜1.3Tの最小の飽和分極Js及び/又は2〜150の最大の相対的な透磁率μrを有しているように構成された、金属製の複合部材には、次のような利点がある。すなわち本発明による複合部材では、特に簡単かつ安価な形式で、一体の、例えばスリーブ形の複合部材における磁気的な分離が実現されており、しかもこの複合部材は大量生産によって製造可能である。この複合部材は次のことによって、すなわち、磁化の異なる少なくとも2つの隣接した区分が設けられており、第1の区分に対して減じられた飽和分極Jsを有する第2の区分によって形成された、複合体における磁気的な絞りが、有利な形式で、非磁性ではなく、電磁弁におけるこのような複合部材の理想的な使用を可能にするような値をもつ部分磁性体であることによって、傑出している。
図2及び図3を参照して本発明による金属製の複合部材60,60′の特性について記載する前に、図1を参照しながら、このような複合部材60,60′を使用できる製品としての従来技術の燃料噴射弁について詳説する。
Claims (6)
- 複合部材であって、磁化の異なる少なくとも2つの区分(61,62,61′,62′)が設けられていて、該少なくとも2つの区分(61,62,61′,62′)が一体の複合部材(60,60′)において互いに直に連続して位置している形式のものにおいて、
複合部材(60,60′)の出発材料が、セミオーステナイト鋼であり、第1の区分(61,61′)が、隣接した第2の区分(62,62′)に比べて高い飽和分極Jsを有しており、第2の区分(62,62′)が、複合部材(60,60′)において部分磁性の磁気的な絞りを形成していて、0.1T〜1.3Tの最小の飽和分極Js及び/又は2〜150の最大の相対的な透磁率μrを有しており、第2の区分(62,62′)における材料がフェライト又はマルテンサイトを含有することを特徴とする、金属製の複合部材。 - 少なくとも1つの第1の区分(61)における材料が、残留オーステナイト含有量が0〜50%の場合に0.8T〜1.5Tの飽和分極Jsを有している、請求項1記載の複合部材。
- 少なくとも1つの第1の区分(61′)が、0.1T〜1.7Tの飽和分極Jsを有しているが、B4000≦0.3Tの磁気誘導を有している、請求項1記載の複合部材。
- 第1の区分(61′)における材料が、残留オーステナイトを含有する場合、0.8T〜1.5Tの飽和分極Jsを有している、請求項3記載の複合部材。
- 複合部材(60,60′)が中空円筒形のスリーブ形状である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 複合部材(60,60′)が、電磁弁において、弁スリーブ又はコア(2)として使用可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
