Description
Claims (20)
- 内燃機関用燃料噴射器であって、
縦軸を有し、第1の端部及び第2の端部を有する非磁性管、及び非磁性管内に位置する極片より成る管組立体と、
極片と第1の端部の間の管組立体内に位置し、極片から離れる方向に弾性偏倚された端面を有するアーマチャー組立体と、
端面が極片から離れる方向に偏倚されると、端面と極片を分離する作用エアギャップと、
電源に接続可能であり、アーマチャー組立体に対する弾性偏倚に抗して端面を極片の方へ変位させるように作動可能なコイルと、
作用エアギャップに隣接し、コイルを管組立体上で支持するハウジングとより成り、
該ハウジングは、
コイルの周りを取り囲み、コイルと非磁性管の間を延びる強磁性の内壁を有し、強磁性の内壁は縦軸に平行に測定してコイルの長さより小さい幅を有する開口を備えていると共に、
強磁性の内壁から離れる方向に延びる第1及び第2のフランジと、
両フランジ間を延びる環状壁部と、
第1及び第2のフランジを実質的に取り囲む円筒部材とより成り、
環状壁部は強磁性の内壁と開口内に延びる非磁性突出部とを有する
燃料噴射器。 - ハウジングは、縦軸に沿い作用エアギャップを中心として配置されている請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 極片は環状壁部を有し、
アーマチャー組立体はさらに環状壁部を備えた強磁性部材を有し、
強磁性の内壁は環状であり、
非磁性管は極片、環状の強磁性部材及び強磁性の内壁のいずれの環状壁部よりも薄い環状壁部を有する請求項1の燃料噴射器。 - ハウジングは、縦軸に沿って第1の端面、第2の端面及び中心を有し、作用エアギャップはハウジングの第1及び第2の端面よりハウジングの中心に近い所に位置する請求項3の燃料噴射器。
- 強磁性の内壁は、互いに近づく方向に、また第1及び第2のフランジから離れる方向に向いた第1及び第2の強磁性延長部を有する請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 第1及び第2の強磁性延長部は非磁性管の縦軸に沿って延びる請求項5の燃料噴射器。
- 強磁性延長部の縦方向断面積は、強磁性延長部に隣接する非磁性管の縦方向断面積よりも大きい請求項6の燃料噴射器。
- 非磁性管は外側表面を有し、ボビンの上方及び下方部分の管状部分は非磁性管の外側表面と係合する請求項6の燃料噴射器。
- コイルは電源により付勢されると磁束回路を形成し、磁束回路は強磁性延長部が係合する非磁性管部分に沿って、非磁性管の外部にある請求項8の燃料噴射器。
- コイルは電源により付勢されると磁束回路を形成し、磁束回路は強磁性延長部に沿って延びる請求項6の燃料噴射器。
- 強磁性の内壁の開口は、縦軸に沿う作用エアギャップと整列関係にある請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 前記開口は縦軸に沿う作用エアギャップの中心に位置する請求項11の燃料噴射器。
- 非磁性管の長さは、縦軸に沿って測定した燃料噴射器の全長に等しい請求項1の燃料噴射器。
- 非磁性管は均質である請求項13の燃料噴射器。
- ハウジングはさらに、
環状スリーブと、
環状スリーブ内に挿入したボビンとを有し、
ボビンは、
半径方向フランジ及び軸方向延長部を有する第1の環状部材と、
半径方向フランジ及び軸方向延長部を有する第2の環状部材とを備えており、第2の環状部材は第1の環状部材と同心関係にあり、
軸方向延長部は互いに近づく方向に延びて開口により分離される請求項1の燃料噴射器。 - ボビンはさらに、コイルを収容し半径方向フランジ間に接続された環状ケーシングを有し、環状ケーシングは開口内に延びる環状突出部を有する請求項15の燃料噴射器。
- 強磁性の内壁は軸方向延長部を有し、半径方向フランジは強磁性であり、環状突出部は非磁性である請求項16の燃料噴射器。
- 環状突出部は縦軸に沿って作用エアギャップの中心に位置する請求項16の燃料噴射器。
- 請求項1記載の内燃機関用燃料噴射器であって、
第1の端部、第2の端部及び縦軸を有する管体を備えた燃料噴射器。 - 請求項1記載の内燃機関用燃料噴射器の組立方法であって、
縦軸を有し、第1の端部及び第2の端部を有する非磁性管、及び第1と第2の端部の間の非磁性管内に位置する極片より成る管組立体を用意し、
極片と第1の端部の間の管組立体内に位置し、極片から離れる方向に弾性偏倚された端面を有するアーマチャー組立体を用意し、
端面が極片から離れる方向に偏倚されると、端面と極片を分離させて作用エアギャップを形成し、
縦軸に平行に測定してコイルの長さより実質的に小さい幅を有する開口を備えた強磁性の内壁を有するハウジングを用意し、
ハウジング内に、電源に接続可能でアーマチャー組立体に対する弾性偏倚に抗して端面を極片の方へ変位させるように作動可能なコイルを配置し、
非磁性管の強磁性の内壁をコイルと非磁性管の間に位置決めし、
ハウジングを作用エアギャップに隣接して配置し、
ハウジングを管組立体に固定するステップより成る燃料噴射器の組立方法。
