- ベッド、前記ベッドの外側を囲むハウジング、及び前記ハウジングの一側に開閉可能に設けられるカバーを備える人工歯加工装置において、
前記ハウジングの内部で前記ベッドの上部に設けられて、加工素材の加工領域を形成するベース部と、
先端に加工素材が結合され、前記ベース部の一部に回転及び水平移動可能なように設けられるクランプユニットと、
第1のスピンドル部の先端に第1の工具が結合され、前記加工素材の加工時に前記第1の工具に水及び空気を噴射するための第1のノズル部を備え、前記クランプユニットの中心軸に直交するように前記ベース部の一側に上下移動及び水平移動可能なように設けられる第1のスピンドルユニットと、
第2のスピンドル部の先端に第2の工具が結合され、前記加工素材の加工時に前記第2の工具に水及び空気を噴射するための第2のノズル部を備え、前記クランプユニットの中心軸に直交し、前記第1のスピンドルユニットと向き合うように、前記ベース部の他側に上下移動及び水平移動可能なように設けられる第2のスピンドルユニットと、
前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部とに水及び空気を供給するための供給ユニットと、
前記水及び空気を前記加工領域の外部に排出するための排出ユニットと、
を備え、
前記第1の工具及び前記第2の工具が前記加工素材の加工中に衝突することを防止するための工具衝突防止制御部を備え、
前記クランプユニットは、
一端に前記加工素材が結合されるクランピング部と、
前記クランピング部の他端に結合される連結部と、
前記クランピング部を回転させるか、水平方向に移動させるための第1の駆動部と、
前記クランプユニットの内部に設けられるセンシング部と、を含み、
前記クランプユニットの前記クランピング部は、
内部に空洞部を備える本体部と、
前記本体部の一端に形成され、前記加工素材が結合可能な結合孔が水平方向に延長形成される加工素材結合部と、を含み、
前記クランピング部は、前記本体部から前記加工素材結合部に向かって半径が減少する円錐形状であり、
前記供給ユニットは、
水供給源から水が格納される水タンクと、
前記水タンクにある水を循環させるための水ポンプと、
前記水ポンプにより循環される水を前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部とに供給する水ラインと、
空気を循環させるための空気ポンプと、
前記空気ポンプにより循環される空気を前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部とに供給する空気ラインと、
前記循環される水に含有された不純物を除去するための、前記水タンクの内部に設けられる水フィルタと、を含み、
前記排出ユニットは、
複数の貫通孔を備え、前記ベース部の下部に設けられて、前記加工領域で加工素材の加工時に発生する粉塵を吸入するフィルタネット部と、
前記ベッドから脱着可能なように前記フィルタネット部の下部に設けられる集塵部と、
前記フィルタネット部と前記集塵部との間に設けられて、前記加工領域内部の空気を吸入するファンと、を含み、
前記人工歯加工装置は、前記加工素材が前記クランプユニットに装着された状態で前記加工素材の位置を補正するための加工素材位置補正ユニットをさらに備え、
前記加工素材位置補正ユニットは、
前記加工素材による固有周波数データが格納される加工素材基本データ格納部と、
前記第1のスピンドルユニットと前記第2のスピンドルユニットに設けられる工具の長さ及び種類に関するデータが格納される工具データ格納部と、
前記加工素材が加工素材結合部に結合される前に前記人工歯加工装置の座標系における前記加工素材の基準座標データが格納される基準座標データ格納部と、
前記加工素材を加工するための加工プログラムデータが格納される加工プログラムデータ格納部と、
前記センシング部において第1の工具と第2の工具とが前記加工素材に接触された瞬間に発生する固有周波数を感知して発送する信号データを格納する受信データ格納部と、
前記受信データ格納部に格納された信号をデジタル信号に変換する信号変換部と、
前記信号変換部で変換された信号を格納する変換信号データ格納部と、
前記変換信号データ格納部に格納された信号をフィルタリングするフィルタ部と、
前記フィルタ部を経てフィルタリングされた信号と加工素材基本データ格納部に格納された前記固有周波数データとを比較する比較部と、
前記比較部の比較結果に応じて基準座標データ格納部に格納された基準座標データと加工プログラムデータ格納部に格納された加工プログラムにおける前記加工素材の基準座標を補正する補正部と、を含むことを特徴とする人工歯加工装置。 - 前記加工素材の加工時に、前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部とを介して噴射される水及び空気が前記ベース部の外部に流出することを防止するための遮断ユニットを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工歯加工装置。
- 前記センシング部は、前記本体部の空洞部の内部で前記結合孔の先端に隣接する箇所に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工歯加工装置。
- 前記クランプユニットの前記連結部は、
内部に空間を備え、水平方向に延長形成されるボディ部と、
一端は、前記第1の駆動部に連結され、他端は、前記クランピング部に連結されるように前記ボディ部の内部に挿設される回転軸部と、
前記回転軸部の内部に前記ボディ部の水平方向に沿って延長形成されて、前記センシング部に電源及び信号を伝達する電線を収容するための電線収容部と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の人工歯加工装置。 - 前記第1のノズル部は、前記第1の工具の中心軸に対して30度〜40度の角度を形成するように前記第1のスピンドル部の先端に設けられ、
前記第2のノズル部は、前記第2の工具の中心軸に対して30度〜40度の角度を形成するように前記第2のスピンドル部の先端に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の人工歯加工装置。 - 前記第1のノズル部は、前記第1のスピンドル部の先端外周面に前記第1の工具の中心軸を基準に均一な角度で離間するように複数個が設けられ、
前記第2のノズル部は、前記第2のスピンドル部の先端外周面に前記第2の工具の中心軸を基準に均一な角度で離間するように複数個が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工歯加工装置。 - 前記加工領域で前記加工素材を加工する前に、前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部とで水または空気が噴射されて前記加工領域をクリーニングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工歯加工装置。
- 前記第1のノズル部と前記第2のノズル部とで水が噴射されて、前記加工領域をクリーニングする場合に、前記加工領域のクリーニング後に前記ファンを介して前記加工領域に空気が流入し、前記加工領域が乾燥されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の人工歯加工装置。
- 前記工具衝突防止制御部または前記加工素材位置補正ユニットは、加工素材を加工するためのデータをCAMプログラムから有線通信または無線通信を介して受信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工歯加工装置。
