Description
本実施形態の一態様において、前記工程1)では、有機塩はシュウ酸塩、アセチルアセトナトまたはカルボニル金属塩である。
Claims (6)
- 遷移金属を含み、前記遷移金属は、単分散ナノ金属粒子の形態で無担持で有機溶剤中に安定分散され、前記遷移金属は1〜100nmの粒径を有し、前記遷移金属は、Mn、Fe、Co、Ru、またはそれらの混合物であり、前記有機溶剤は、ベンジルエーテル、芳香族アルコール、ピロリドン、または流動パラフィンであり、触媒の比表面積は5〜300m 2/gであるフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成用単分散遷移金属ナノ触媒の調製方法であって、
1)多価アルコールを含む前記有機溶剤に前記遷移金属の有機塩を溶解させて混合液を得る工程と、
2)前記混合液を空気または不活性ガスの存在下で加熱及び撹拌し、150〜250℃の温度で30〜240分間保持して、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成用の単分散遷移金属ナノ触媒を得る工程と
を含むフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成用単分散遷移金属ナノ触媒の調製方法。 - 前記遷移金属の粒径は5〜20nmである、請求項1に記載のフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成用単分散遷移金属ナノ触媒の調製方法。
- 前記工程1)において、前記有機塩がシュウ酸塩、アセチルアセトナトまたはカルボニル金属塩である、請求項1または2に記載のフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成用単分散遷移金属ナノ触媒の調製方法。
- 前記工程1)において、前記多価アルコールはC3〜C18二価アルコールまたは三価アルコールである、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成用単分散遷移金属ナノ触媒の調製方法。
- 前記工程1)において、前記多価アルコールと遷移金属の有機塩のモル比は1〜5:1であり、前記有機溶剤と遷移金属の有機塩のモル比が30〜500:1である、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成用単分散遷移金属ナノ触媒の調製方法。
- 前記工程2)において、前記混合液の加熱速度は1〜10℃/minであり、温度の保持時間は60〜120分である、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成用単分散遷移金属ナノ触媒の調製方法。
