Claims (5)
- 電源システムのための診断装置であって、
前記電源システムは、
バッテリーアセンブリと、
前記バッテリーアセンブリの正極と第1端子とを連結する第1電力ラインと、
前記第1電力ラインに備えられて前記第1電力ラインを通じた電力供給経路を開閉する第1コンタクトと、
前記バッテリーアセンブリの負極と第2端子とを連結する第2電力ラインと、
前記第2電力ラインに備えられて前記第2電力ラインを通じた電力供給経路を開閉する第2コンタクトと、
前記第1端子と接地との間に連結される第1保護キャパシタと、
前記第2端子と接地との間に連結される第2保護キャパシタとを備えてなり、
前記バッテリーアセンブリの正極と前記第1コンタクトの一端とが共通して接続される第1ノードと前記接地との間に連結され、前記第1ノードと前記接地との間に印加された電圧を分配して第1検出電圧を生成するように構成された第1電圧分配部;
前記バッテリーアセンブリの負極と前記第2コンタクトの一端とが共通して接続される第2ノードと前記接地との間に連結され、前記第2ノードと前記接地との間に印加された電圧を分配して第2検出電圧を生成するように構成された第2電圧分配部;
前記第1保護キャパシタの一端と前記第1コンタクトの他端とが共通して接続される第3ノードと前記第2ノードとの間に連結され、前記第3ノードと前記第2ノードとの間の電圧を分配して第3検出電圧を生成するように構成された第3電圧分配部;及び
前記第1コンタクト、前記第2コンタクト及び前記第1電圧分配部〜第3電圧分配部を制御するように構成された制御部;を備えてなり、
前記制御部は、前記第1コンタクト及び前記第2コンタクトが開状態に制御される非活性区間中に第1診断機能及び第2診断機能を実行し、
前記第1診断機能は、前記第1検出電圧に基づいて前記バッテリーアセンブリの漏電如何を判定する機能であり、
前記第2診断機能は、前記第3検出電圧に基づいて前記第1コンタクト及び前記第2コンタクトのうち少なくとも1つの短絡如何を判定する機能であり、
前記第1電圧分配部は、前記第1ノードと前記接地との間に印加された電圧を分配する第1保護抵抗及び第1検出抵抗から構成された第1電圧分配器;及び、前記制御部から出力される信号に応じて、前記第1ノードと前記接地との間に印加された電圧を前記第1電圧分配器に選択的に印加する第1スイッチ;を備えてなり、
前記第2電圧分配部は、前記第2ノードと前記接地との間に印加された電圧を分配する第2保護抵抗及び第2検出抵抗から構成された第2電圧分配器;及び、前記制御部から出力される信号に応じて、前記第2ノードと前記接地との間に印加された電圧を前記第2電圧分配器に選択的に印加する第2スイッチ;を備えてなり、
前記第3電圧分配部は、前記第3ノードと前記第2ノードとの間に印加された電圧を分配する第3保護抵抗及び第3検出抵抗から構成された第3電圧分配器;及び、前記制御部から出力される信号に応じて、前記第3ノードと前記第2ノードとの間に印加された電圧を前記第3電圧分配器に選択的に印加する第3スイッチ;を備えてなり、
前記第1検出抵抗は、前記第1スイッチが閉状態である場合、前記第1検出電圧を生成し、
前記第2検出抵抗は、前記第2スイッチが閉状態である場合、前記第2検出電圧を生成し、
前記第3検出抵抗は、前記第3スイッチが閉状態である場合、前記第3検出電圧を生成し、
前記非活性区間は、前記第1スイッチと前記第3スイッチは閉状態に制御され、前記第2スイッチは開状態に制御される第1スイッチング周期;及び、前記第1スイッチは開状態に制御され、前記第2スイッチと前記第3スイッチは閉状態に制御される第2スイッチング周期;を備えてなり、
前記制御部は、
前記第1スイッチング周期の間、前記第1検出電圧が前記正極の非漏電時に測定された前記第1検出電圧より小さい場合、前記正極が漏電したと判定し、
前記第1スイッチング周期の間、前記第3検出電圧が正の値を有しながら漸次減少し、前記第2スイッチング周期の間、前記第3検出電圧が負の値を有しながら漸次増加する場合、前記第1コンタクト及び前記第2コンタクトを正常状態であると判定する、診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1スイッチング周期または前記第2スイッチング周期の間、前記第3検出電圧の値が一定に維持される場合、前記第1コンタクト及び前記第2コンタクトが故障によって短絡したと判定する、請求項1に記載の診断装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1診断機能の実行結果を通知する第1アラーム信号及び前記第2診断機能の実行結果を通知する第2アラーム信号を出力する、請求項1に記載の診断装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の前記診断装置を備えてなる、電源システム。
- 請求項4に記載の前記電源システムを備えてなる、電気自動車。
