Description
Claims (10)
- バッテリーの充放電経路に設けられるスイッチング回路と、
前記充放電経路に設けられるシャント抵抗素子を含み、前記シャント抵抗素子の両端にかかる電圧に対応する電流信号を出力するように構成される電流測定部と、
前記スイッチング回路の両端にかかる電圧を測定するように構成された電圧測定部と、
前記スイッチング回路の温度を測定するように構成された温度測定部と、
前記スイッチング回路、前記電流測定部、前記電圧測定部及び前記温度測定部に動作可能に結合した制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記電流信号に基づき、前記シャント抵抗素子を通して流れる電流を示す第1電流値を決定するように構成され、
前記測定された電圧及び前記測定された温度に基づき、前記スイッチング回路を通して流れる電流を示す第2電流値を決定するように構成され、
前記測定された温度に応じて正常範囲を決定し、
前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との差を前記正常範囲と比較して、前記シャント抵抗素子が正常状態であるか否かを判定し、
前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との差が正常範囲内である場合、前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との平均値を、前記充放電経路を通して流れる電流を示す第3電流値として決定するように構成される
装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記測定された温度に基づき、前記スイッチング回路のオン抵抗を決定するように構成され、
前記第2電流値は、前記測定された電圧を前記オン抵抗で割った値である請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記スイッチング回路の温度とオン抵抗との対応関係が記録されているルックアップテーブルが保存されているメモリーデバイスをさらに含み、
前記制御部は、
前記測定された温度をインデックスとして用いて、前記ルックアップテーブルから前記測定された温度に関わって記録されているオン抵抗を、前記スイッチング回路の前記オン抵抗として決定するように構成される請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との差が前記正常範囲から外れる場合、前記第2電流値を前記第3電流値として決定するように構成される請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との差が正常範囲から外れる場合、フォールトメッセージを出力するように構成される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記測定された温度が減少するほど、前記正常範囲を拡大するように構成される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置を含むバッテリーパック。
- バッテリーの充放電経路に設けられるスイッチング回路の両端にかかる電圧を測定する段階と、
前記スイッチング回路の温度を測定する段階と、
前記充放電経路に設けられるシャント抵抗素子の両端にかかる電圧に基づき、前記シャント抵抗素子を通して流れる電流を示す第1電流値を決定する段階と、
前記測定された電圧及び前記測定された温度に基づき、前記スイッチング回路を通して流れる電流を示す第2電流値を決定する段階と、
前記測定された温度に応じて正常範囲を決定する段階と、
前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との差を前記正常範囲と比較して、前記シャント抵抗素子が正常状態であるか否かを判定する段階と、
前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との差が正常範囲内である場合、前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との平均値を、前記充放電経路を通して流れる電流を示す第3電流値として決定する段階と、を含む電流測定方法。 - 前記第2電流値は、
前記測定された電圧を前記測定された温度に関わるオン抵抗で割った値である請求項8に記載の電流測定方法。 - 前記シャント抵抗素子が正常状態であるか否かを判定する段階においては、
前記第1電流値と前記第2電流値との差が前記正常範囲内である場合、前記シャント抵抗素子が正常状態であると判定される請求項8または9に記載の電流測定方法。
