Claims (8)
- 燃料電池車両の燃料電池(12)のための冷却システム(100)であって、
冷却回路(10)を備えており、冷却回路(10)は、燃料電池(12)と、冷却材を供給する冷却材ポンプ(16)と、冷却器(18)と、冷却材を輸送する冷却材ライン(30)と、冷却材を加熱する電気加熱装置(24)と、を含み、加熱装置(24)は、冷却材ライン(30)の少なくとも一部に沿って延在する加熱ライン(24)として設計され、
前記加熱ライン(24)は、冷却材ライン(30)の内部区域と接触するとともに、少なくとも部分的に冷却材ライン(30)の内側に張られており、前記加熱ライン(24)は、外側の直径が冷却材ライン(30)の内側の直径に一致する、コイル、ネットまたはチューブの形状を有することを特徴とする、燃料電池車両の燃料電池(12)のための冷却システム(100)。 - 加熱ライン(24)は、冷却材ライン(30)の少なくとも一部に一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム(100)。
- 加熱ライン(24)は、冷却材ライン(30)の内部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷却システム(100)。
- 加熱ライン(24)は、冷却材ライン(30)の壁(35)の外側に配置された加熱スリーブ(31)またはらせん状に巻かれた加熱コイル(31)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷却システム(100)。
- 前記加熱スリーブ(31)またはらせん状に巻かれた加熱コイル(31)は、冷却材ライン(30)を少なくとも所定の区域で、冷却材ライン(30)の壁(35)の全周に亘って、取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の冷却システム(100)。
- 加熱ライン(24)の冷却材ラインは、制御または調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の冷却システム(100)。
- 加熱ライン(24)は、燃料電池(12)の上流に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の冷却システム(100)。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の冷却システム(100)を備えた燃料電池システム。
