Description
a)前記アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を焼成する工程と、
b)焼成されたアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を、塩を含む水性相で洗浄する工程と
を含む。
a)アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を焼成することと、
b)焼成されたアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を、塩を含む水性相で洗浄することと
によって得られ得る、精製アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩に関する。
対応する硫酸塩の還元によって得られた、MSの溶液に、CO2を通した。得られたMCO3を濾過し、水で洗浄し、洗浄水をMCO3から分離した。回収されたMCO3を、酸素を含む雰囲気中で回転炉中約800℃に加熱した。焼成生成物を周囲温度に冷却した。
100gの生成物の試料を、ビーカーガラス中焼成MCO3の硫黄含有量に対して計算された10〜20化学量論的当量を含有するソーダの500mLの溶液に入れた。この懸濁液を25℃および約250rpmで15分間撹拌し、次いで、吸込みフィルタにより濾過した。残渣を3倍体積(MCO3体積と比較して)の高温純水で3回洗浄し、乾燥キャビネット中130℃で乾燥させた。
100gの生成物の試料を、ビーカーガラス中焼成MCO3の硫黄含有量に対して計算された10〜20化学量論的当量を含有するソーダの500mLの溶液に入れた。この懸濁液を指示された温度および約250rpmで15分間攪拌し、次いで、吸込みフィルタにより濾過した。残渣を、3倍体積(MCO3体積と比較して)の高温純水で3回洗浄し、乾燥キャビネット中160℃で乾燥させた。
20°で洗浄し、乾燥させた後の焼成BaCO3の最終硫黄含有量:140ppm
90°で洗浄し、乾燥させた後のBaCO3の最終硫黄含有量焼成:74ppm
Claims (12)
- 精製アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を製造するための方法であって、
a)アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を焼成する工程と、
b)前記焼成されたアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を、塩を含む水性相で洗浄する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩が、BaCO3および/またはSrCO3である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前記焼成手順が、150〜1000℃の温度で行われる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 工程b)の前記水性相に含まれる前記塩が、炭酸塩、塩化物、臭化物、リン酸塩またはクエン酸塩、好ましくは炭酸塩である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記塩が、アルカリ金属炭酸塩、好ましくは炭酸ナトリウムである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 工程b)の前記水性相中の塩の含有量が、前記工程a)の焼成生成物の全硫黄含有量に基づいて計算して、1〜200化学量論的当量、好ましくは10〜20化学量論的当量に相当する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)が繰り返される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前記焼成手順に供給される前記アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩が、200〜1700ppmの全硫黄含有量を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)後の前記アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩が、0.1〜200ppmの全硫黄含有量を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前記焼成手順に供給される前記アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩が、12〜30μmの粒子サイズD90値および2.5〜9μmの粒子サイズD50値を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前記アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩が、焼成後に700〜1100μmの粒子サイズD90値および350〜750μmの粒子サイズD50値を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記精製アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩が、ガラス、セラミックス、エレクトロニクスの分野における生成物および/またはデバイス、特に有機発光ダイオード(OLED)、発光ダイオード(LED)、液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)、セラミックキャパシタまたはテレビジョンスクリーンの製造において使用される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
