Claims (8)
- 第1凸面及び第1凹面と、前記第1凸面及び第1凹面の間を繋ぐ第1側面と、を有した第1金型を準備する工程と、
前記第1凸面及び第1凹面にそれぞれ対向した第2凹面及び第2凸面と、前記第1側面に対向して前記第2凹面及び第2凸面の間を繋ぐ第2側面と、を有した第2金型を準備する工程と、
平板状の金属板と、2つの導電性樹脂シートとを準備する工程と、
前記金属板の一方側に2つの前記導電性樹脂シートの一方を配置し前記金属板の他方側に2つの前記導電性樹脂シートの他方を配置した状態で、前記金属板と2つの前記導電性樹脂シートとを前記第1及び第2金型を用いて加熱プレス加工することにより、前記金属板と2つの前記導電性樹脂シートとに流路溝を形成する工程と、を備え、
前記第1凸面は、前記第1凸面及び第1凹面が並んだ方向での当該第1凸面の両端部の間に、当該第1凸面の両端部のそれぞれよりも前記第2凹面側への突出高さが高い第1部位を有している、燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。 - 前記第1部位は、前記第1凸面上から部分的に前記第2凹面側に突出している、請求項1の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第1部位は、前記第1凸面及び第1凹面が並んだ方向で前記第1凸面の中心に位置している、請求項2の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第1部位は、単一の前記第1凸面上に、前記第1凸面及び第1凹面が並んだ方向に複数設けられている、請求項2又は3の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第1部位は、前記両端部のそれぞれよりも前記突出高さが高くなるように湾曲している、請求項1の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第1側面は、前記第1部位に連続的に湾曲している、請求項5の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第1部位では、前記第1凸面及び第1凹面が並んだ方向での前記第1凸面の中心が最も前記第2凹面側に突出している、請求項5又は6の燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2凸面は、前記第2凸面及び第2凹面が並んだ方向での当該第2凸面の両端部の間に、当該第2凸面の両端部のそれぞれよりも前記第1凹面側への突出高さが高い第2部位を有している、請求項1乃至7の何れかの燃料電池用セパレータの製造方法。
