Description
Claims (7)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸を囲むローター部と、
前記ローター部と離隔して配置されるステーター部と、
前記ステーター部を固定するハウジングと、
インバータ回路が実装される印刷回路基板と、を含み、
前記ハウジングの内面は複数の突出ユニットを含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記ステーター部の上部に配置される第1ハウジング及び前記ステーター部の下部に配置される第2ハウジングを含み、
前記印刷回路基板は、前記第2ハウジングの底面の外側に配置され、
前記複数の突出ユニットは、前記第2ハウジングの前記底面の内面に放射状に形成され、
前記複数の突出ユニットは、互いに異なる高さ及び異なる長さを有し、
前記複数の突出ユニットは、前記第2ハウジングの壁面と、前記壁面と対向する前記第2ハウジングの内側壁面との間の任意の位置に、前記第2ハウジングの前記壁面から離間して形成され、
複数のホールが、前記第2ハウジングの前記底面と前記壁面に所定間隔で離間して形成される、モーター。 - 前記ホールの高さは、前記突出ユニットの高さより高い、請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記複数の突出ユニットと前記第2ハウジングとは、一体で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載のモーター。
- 前記複数の突出ユニットは、ヒートシンクである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモーター。
- 前記ローター部の上部に連結される第1放熱ファン及び前記ローター部の下部に連結される第2放熱ファンをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のモーター。
- 前記複数の突出ユニット及び前記第2ハウジングは、アルミニウム素材を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のモーター。
- 前記モーターはBSG(Belt-Starter-Generator)に適用される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のモーター。
