Claims (11)
- 装置本体と、スキャンモジュールと、を含み、
前記装置本体には、成形平面が形成され、
前記スキャンモジュールは、前記装置本体に配置され、成形ノズル組立体と着色ノズル組立体とに電気的に接続された制御モジュールに電気的に接続され、
前記制御モジュールは、所定の描画位置が定義された3次元画像ファイルをプリロードし、前記スキャンモジュールからスキャン画像データを受信し、前記3次元画像ファイルに基づいて完成品を形成するように前記成形ノズル組立体を制御すると同時に、当該完成品を形成する過程において、前記所定の描画位置及び前記スキャン画像データに基づいて前記完成品の一部上に描画するように前記着色ノズル組立体を制御し、
前記スキャンモジュールは、
前記成形平面の一方側の縁部に対応して配置された給紙路を有するモジュール本体と、
前記給紙路を選択的に閉じるための開閉機構と、
前記給紙路の内部に対応して配置されたフラットベットスキャナと、
を含むことを特徴とする3次元印刷装置。 - 前記モジュール本体は、ベースと、当該ベース上に重畳して設けられた可動上カバーと、を含み、
前記開閉機構は、前記ベースと前記可動上カバーとの間に介在して接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷装置。 - 前記開閉機構は、リバウンドデバイスであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3次元印刷装置。
- 前記フラットベットスキャナは、前記ベースに配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3次元印刷装置。
- 前記フラットベットスキャナは、前記可動上カバーに配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の3次元印刷装置。
- 前記開閉機構は、前記モジュール本体に枢設された可動カバープレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷装置。
- 前記開閉機構は、前記モジュール本体及び前記可動カバープレートにそれぞれ当接する、前記給紙路を閉じるように前記モジュール本体を押し動かすための弾性戻し部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の3次元印刷装置。
- 前記給紙路の底部の垂直位置は、前記成形平面と面一となるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷装置。
- 前記給紙路の底部の垂直位置は、前記成形平面より高く配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷装置。
- 前記給紙路は、前記成形平面と平行に水平に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷装置。
- 前記フラットベットスキャナは、前記給紙路を通過する画像のある用紙をスキャンして前記スキャン画像データを取得するために用いられ、
前記制御モジュールは、前記スキャン画像データに基づいて前記完成品の表面を着色するように前記着色ノズル組立体を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元印刷装置。
