Abstract
本發明提供一種立體列印裝置,其包含一裝置本體以及一掃描模組。裝置本體上形成一成型平面。掃描模組設置在裝置本體,掃描模組電性連接一控制模組,且控制模組分別電性接一成型噴頭組件及一著色噴頭組件;其中控制模組預載一立體圖檔,且立體圖檔中定義了一預定繪圖位置,控制模組由掃描模組接收一掃描影像資料,控制模組依據立體圖檔控制成型噴頭組件形成一成品同時在形成成品的過程中依據預定繪圖位置以及掃描影像資料控制著色噴頭組件在成品上繪圖。
Description
本發明係有關於立體列印裝置,特別是一種具有手動平面掃描器的立體列印裝置。
現有的立體列印裝置已能夠列印彩色的立體成品,其一般是以FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)噴頭擠出熔融的塑膠,依據3D圖檔層疊堆積形成立體成品。待成品完成後,再以著色噴頭依據另一個表面顏色檔案在立體成品的表面噴塗顏料著色,其較適於噴塗色塊,而不適合用於顏色組合複雜的圖片或相片。
當需要將現有的圖片繪製在立體成品表面的平面時,一般會直接將成品及圖片置入平面掃描列印裝置以其著色噴頭印刷。其缺點在於,著色噴頭內設置有多個不同顏色的墨匣,因此體積並不小,要將著色噴頭移入立體成品的凹陷處著色有相當難度。
有鑑於此,本發明人遂針對上述現有技術,特潛心研究並配合學理的運用,盡力解決上述之問題點,即成為本發明人改良之目標。
本發明提供一種具有手動平面掃描器的立體列印裝置。
本發明提供一種立體列印裝置,其包含一裝置本體以及一掃描模組。裝置本體上形成一成型平面。掃描模組設置在裝置本體,掃描模組電性連接一控制模組,且控制模組分別電性接一成型噴頭組件及一著色噴頭組件;其中控制模組預載一立體圖檔,且立體圖檔中定義了一預定繪圖位置,控制模組由掃描模組接收一掃描影像資料,控制模組依據立體圖檔控制成型噴頭組件形成一成品同時在形成成品的過程中依據預定繪圖位置以及掃描影像資料控制著色噴頭組件在成品上繪圖。
本發明之立體列印裝置,其掃描模組包含有一模組本體,模組本體具有一送紙槽道且送紙槽道對應成型平面一側之邊緣配置,掃描模組包含有用以選擇性地封閉送紙槽道的一閉合機構以及對應送紙槽道內部設置的一平面掃描器。
本發明之立體列印裝置,其模組本體包含一基座以及疊設在基座上的一活動上蓋,閉合機構連接在基座以及活動上蓋之間。閉合機構為一反彈器。平面掃描器可以設置在基座。平面掃描器也可以設置在活動上蓋。
本發明之立體列印裝置,其閉合機構包含樞設在模組本體的一活動蓋板。閉合機構包含分別抵接模組本體及活動蓋板以推動模組本體閉合送紙槽道的一彈性復位元件。
本發明之立體列印裝置,其送紙槽道的底部之垂直位置可以與成型平面齊平配置。送紙槽道的底部之垂直位置也可以高於成型平面。送紙槽道延伸而平行於成型平面。
本發明之立體列印裝置,其掃描器用以掃描通過送紙槽道的一紙本圖片而得到一掃描影像資料,控制模組控制著色噴頭組件依據掃描影像資料在立體成品表面著色。
藉由在成形平台設置平面掃描器而能夠掃描平面影像供繪製於成品的表面。

參閱圖1及圖2,本發明之第一實施例提供1.一種立體列印裝置,其包含有一裝置本體100以及一掃描模組200。
本發明不限定裝置本體100之形式,但裝置本體100上必須形成有一成型平面101以供一立體成品(圖未示)形於其上。於本實施例中,裝置本體100較佳地包含有一升降載台110,成型平面101形成在升降載台110的頂部而能夠垂直升降位移。掃描模組200設置在升降載台110上並且對應於成型平面101之位置配置,其配置細述於後,而且掃描模組200包含有一模組本體210、一閉合機構220以及一平面掃描器230。
於本實施例中,掃描模組200的模組本體210包含固定設置在升降載台110上的一基座211以及可活動地疊設在基座211上的一活動上蓋212,基座211與活動上蓋212之間的間隙形成貫通模組本體210的一送紙槽道201。送紙槽道201為水平延伸而平行於成型平面101。送紙槽道201之位置對應成型平面101一側之邊緣配置,送紙槽道201的其中一端開口緊鄰於前述成型平面101一側之邊緣。而且,送紙槽道201的底部之垂直位置與成型平面101齊平配置或者高於成型平面101。閉合機構220連接在基座211以及活動上蓋212之間,閉合機構220用以選擇性地封閉送紙槽道201。於本實施例中,閉合機構220為一反彈器(Rebound device/拍門器),閉合機構220能夠收縮或伸展,收縮狀態的閉合機構220受到按壓則伸展,展開狀態的閉合機構220受到按壓則收縮。閉合機構220的二端分別連接基座211以及活動上蓋212,按壓降下的活動上蓋212能夠驅動閉合機構220伸展使活動上蓋212上升與基座211分離而開啟送紙槽道201;按壓升起的上蓋能夠驅動閉合機構220收縮使活動上蓋212向基座211靠攏而閉合送紙槽道201。平面掃描器230則對應送紙槽道201內部設置,於本實施例中,平面掃描器230設置在基座211且朝向送紙槽道201內配置以掃描送紙槽道201內的影像,但本發明不以此為限,例如,平面掃描器230也可以設置在活動上蓋212且朝向送紙槽道201內配置以掃描送紙槽道201內的影像。平面掃描器230電性連接一控制模組300(Micro Control Unit/MCU),且控制模組300分別電性接一成型噴頭組件310以及一著色噴頭組件320。
其中成型噴頭組件310以及著色噴頭組件320之構造係屬於現有技術,於本實施例中僅概略說明,不再贅述。成型噴頭組件310可以包含有一成型噴頭311以及供成型噴頭311移動於其上的一組軌道330;著色噴頭組件320可以
包含有一著色噴頭321以及供著色噴頭321移動於其上的一組軌道330,一般而言成型噴頭311與著色噴頭321相連設置在同一組軌道330上而同時移動。成型噴頭311用以在成型平面101擠出熔融塑料而層疊形成立體成品20;著色噴頭321則用以在立體成品20表面噴塗顏料著色。控制模組300控制成型噴頭311與著色噴頭321在軌道330上移動至預定的成型位置或是噴塗位置。
不使用平面掃描器230時可閉合送紙槽道201以避免成型噴頭311作業產生的粉塵沾附平面掃描器230而降低平面掃描器230的掃描影像品質。
參閱圖1及圖3至圖5,送紙槽道201供使用者手動推入一紙本圖片10,掃描器掃描通過送紙槽道201的紙本圖片10並且將掃描得到的影像資料傳送到控制模組300,控制模組300控制著色噴頭組件320依據紙本圖片10在成型的過程中在立體成品20的表面著色以將紙本圖片10繪製在立體成品20的表面。
參閱圖1、圖5至圖6C,例如要在一立體成品20中的一凹陷的表面區域21上繪製圖片時,先在控制模組300中載入一立體圖檔,且立體圖檔中定義了對應該表面區域21的預定繪圖位置。控制模組300由平面掃描器230接收預定繪製在前述表面區域21的紙本圖片10的掃描影像資料,且控制模組300將立體圖檔與掃描影像資料連結。其中,控制模組300可以在列列印過程中的任意時間點接收掃描影像資料。如圖6A所示,控制模組300依據立體圖檔控制成型噴頭組件310列印切層堆疊至該表面區域21所在的切層後暫停列印而形成該表面區域21外露的成半成品;如圖6B所示,控制模組300再依據掃描影像資料控制著色噴頭組件320在該表面區域21上繪製圖片;如圖6C所示,圖片繪製完成後,控制模組300再繼續控制成型噴頭組件310列印切層堆疊而形成該表面區域21周緣的凸出部分以及立體成品20的其他部分。
參閱圖7,本發明之第二實施例的立體列印裝置之構造大致如同第一實施例,其相同之處於此再再贅述。本實施例與第一實施例之差別在於模組本體210為單件式的元件,送紙槽道201開設在模組本體210,送紙槽道201的配置位置如同前述第一實例,同樣不再贅述。閉合機構220至少包含樞設在模組本體210的一活動蓋板221,活動蓋板221的上緣樞接於模組本體210,其可以藉由重力驅動活動蓋板221向下樞轉閉合送紙槽道201。閉合機構220可進一步包含一彈性復位元件222,於本實施例中,彈性復位元件222較佳地為一彈簧,且彈簧的二端分別抵接模組本體210及活動蓋板221;因此活動蓋板221也可以設置為下緣樞接於模組本體210,以彈性復位元件222推動活動蓋板221向上樞轉閉合送紙槽道201。不使用平面掃描器230時可閉合送紙槽道201以避免粉塵沾附平面掃描器230而降低平面掃描器230的掃描影像品質。當紙本圖片10通過送紙槽道201時即能夠頂開活動蓋板221。
本發明的立體列印裝置藉由對應成型平面101設置平面掃描器230而能夠掃描平面影像供繪製於成品的表面。
前述為本發明的較佳實施方式,但本發明不以此為限,如圖8所示,掃描模組200也可以對應升降載台110設置在裝置本體100上而非設在升降載台110上,升降載台110能夠垂直升降而將成型平面101移動至對齊掃描模組200以利於掃描

- 一種立體列印裝置,包含:一裝置本體,該裝置本體上形成一成型平面以供一立體成品形於該成型平面上;以及一掃描模組,設置在該裝置本體,該掃描模組電性連接一控制模組,且該控制模組分別電性接一成型噴頭組件及一著色噴頭組件;其中該控制模組預載一立體圖檔,且該立體圖檔中定義了一預定繪圖位置,該控制模組由該掃描模組接收一掃描影像資料,該控制模組依據該立體圖檔控制該成型噴頭組件形成一成品同時在形成該成品的過程中依據該預定繪圖位置以及該掃描影像資料控制著色噴頭組件在該成品上繪圖;其中該掃描模組包含有一模組本體,該模組本體具有一送紙槽道且該送紙槽道對應該成型平面一側之邊緣配置,該掃描模組包含有用以選擇性地封閉該送紙槽道的一閉合機構以及對應該送紙槽道內部設置的一平面掃描器;其中該模組本體包含一基座以及疊設在該基座上的一活動上蓋,該閉合機構連接在該基座以及該活動上蓋之間;其中該閉合機構為一反彈器。
- 如請求項1所述之立體列印裝置,其中該平面掃描器設置在該基座。
- 如請求項1所述之立體列印裝置,其中該平面掃描器設置在該活動上蓋。
- 如請求項1所述之立體列印裝置,其中該閉合機構包含樞設在該模組本體的一活動蓋板。
- 如請求項4所述之立體列印裝置,其中該閉合機構包含分別抵接該模組本體及該活動蓋板以推動該模組本體閉合該送紙槽道的一彈性復位元件。
- 如請求項1所述之立體列印裝置,其中該送紙槽道的底部之垂直位置與該成型平面齊平配置。
- 如請求項1所述之立體列印裝置,其中該送紙槽道的底部之垂直位置高於該成型平面。
- 如請求項1所述之立體列印裝置,其中該送紙槽道水平延伸而平行於成型平面。
- 如請求項1所述之立體列印裝置,其中該掃描器用以掃描通過該送紙槽道的一紙本圖片而得到一掃描影像資料,該控制模組控制該著色噴頭組件依據該掃描影像資料在該立體成品表面著色。
