本发明提供一种立体打印装置,其包含一装置本体以及一扫描模块。装置本体上形成一成型平面。扫描模块设置在装置本体,扫描模块电性连接一控制模块,且控制模块分别电性接一成型喷头组件及一着色喷头组件;其中控制模块预载一立体图形文件,且立体图形文件中定义了一预定绘图位置,控制模块由扫描模块接收一扫描影像数据,控制模块依据立体图形文件控制成型喷头组件形成一成品同时在形成成品的过程中依据预定绘图位置以及扫描影像数据控制着色喷头组件在成品上绘图。

技术领域
本发明涉及关于立体打印装置,特别涉及一种具有手动平面扫描器的立体打印装置。
背景技术
现有的立体打印装置已能够打印彩色的立体成品,其一般是以FDM(FusedDeposition Modeling)喷头挤出熔融的塑胶,依据3D图形文件层叠堆积形成立体成品。待成品完成后,再以着色喷头依据另一个表面颜色档案在立体成品的表面喷涂颜料着色,其较适于喷涂色块,而不适合用于颜色组合复杂的图片或相片。
当需要将现有的图片绘制在立体成品表面的平面时,一般会直接将成品及图片置入平面扫描打印装置以其着色喷头印刷。其缺点在于,着色喷头内设置有多个不同颜色的墨匣,因此体积并不小,要将着色喷头移入立体成品的凹陷处着色有相当难度。
发明内容
有鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有手动平面扫描器的立体打印装置。
本发明提供一种立体打印装置,其包含一装置本体以及一扫描模块。装置本体上形成一成型平面。扫描模块设置在装置本体,扫描模块电性连接一控制模块,且控制模块分别电性接一成型喷头组件及一着色喷头组件;其中控制模块预载一立体图形文件,且立体图形文件中定义了一预定绘图位置,控制模块由扫描模块接收一扫描影像数据,控制模块依据立体图形文件控制成型喷头组件形成一成品同时在形成成品的过程中依据预定绘图位置以及扫描影像数据控制着色喷头组件在成品上绘图。
本发明的立体打印装置,其扫描模块包含有一模块本体,模块本体具有一送纸槽道且送纸槽道对应成型平面一侧的边缘配置,扫描模块包含有用以选择性地封闭送纸槽道的一闭合机构以及对应送纸槽道内部设置的一平面扫描器。
本发明的立体打印装置,其模块本体包含一基座以及叠设在基座上的一活动上盖,闭合机构连接在基座以及活动上盖之间。闭合机构为一反弹器。平面扫描器可以设置在基座。平面扫描器也可以设置在活动上盖。
本发明的立体打印装置,其闭合机构包含枢设在模块本体的一活动盖板。闭合机构包含分别抵接模块本体及活动盖板以推动模块本体闭合送纸槽道的一弹性复位元件。
本发明的立体打印装置,其送纸槽道的底部的垂直位置可以与成型平面齐平配置。送纸槽道的底部的垂直位置也可以高于成型平面。送纸槽道延伸而平行于成型平面。
本发明的立体打印装置,其扫描器用以扫描通过送纸槽道的一纸本图片而得到一扫描影像数据,控制模块控制着色喷头组件依据扫描影像数据在立体成品表面着色。
藉由在成形平台设置平面扫描器而能够扫描平面影像供绘制于成品的表面。

参阅图1及图2,本发明的第一实施例提供1.一种立体打印装置,其包含有一装置本体100以及一扫描模块200。
本发明不限定装置本体100的形式,但装置本体100上必须形成有一成型平面101以供一立体成品(图未示)形于其上。于本实施例中,装置本体100较佳地包含有一升降载台110,成型平面101形成在升降载台110的顶部而能够垂直升降位移。扫描模块200设置在升降载台110上并且对应于成型平面101的位置配置,其配置细述于后,而且扫描模块200包含有一模块本体210、一闭合机构220以及一平面扫描器230。
于本实施例中,扫描模块200的模块本体210包含固定设置在升降载台110上的一基座211以及可活动地叠设在基座211上的一活动上盖212,基座211与活动上盖212之间的间隙形成贯通模块本体210的一送纸槽道201。送纸槽道201为水平延伸而平行于成型平面101。送纸槽道201的位置对应成型平面101一侧的边缘配置,送纸槽道201的其中一端开口紧邻于前述成型平面101一侧的边缘。而且,送纸槽道201的底部的垂直位置与成型平面101齐平配置或者高于成型平面101。闭合机构220连接在基座211以及活动上盖212之间,闭合机构220用以选择性地封闭送纸槽道201。于本实施例中,闭合机构220为一反弹器(Rebounddevice/拍门器),闭合机构220能够收缩或伸展,收缩状态的闭合机构220受到按压则伸展,展开状态的闭合机构220受到按压则收缩。闭合机构220的二端分别连接基座211以及活动上盖212,按压降下的活动上盖212能够驱动闭合机构220伸展使活动上盖212上升与基座211分离而开启送纸槽道201;按压升起的上盖能够驱动闭合机构220收缩使活动上盖212向基座211靠拢而闭合送纸槽道201。平面扫描器230则对应送纸槽道201内部设置,于本实施例中,平面扫描器230设置在基座211且朝向送纸槽道201内配置以扫描送纸槽道201内的影像,但本发明不以此为限,例如,平面扫描器230也可以设置在活动上盖212且朝向送纸槽道201内配置以扫描送纸槽道201内的影像。平面扫描器230电性连接一控制模块300(MicroControl Unit/MCU),且控制模块300分别电性接一成型喷头组件310以及一着色喷头组件320。
其中成型喷头组件310以及着色喷头组件320的构造属于现有技术,于本实施例中仅概略说明,不再赘述。成型喷头组件310可以包含有一成型喷头311以及供成型喷头311移动于其上的一组轨道330;着色喷头组件320可以包含有一着色喷头321以及供着色喷头321移动于其上的一组轨道330,一般而言成型喷头311与着色喷头321相连设置在同一组轨道330上而同时移动。成型喷头311用以在成型平面101挤出熔融塑料而层叠形成立体成品20;着色喷头321则用以在立体成品20表面喷涂颜料着色。控制模块300控制成型喷头311与着色喷头321在轨道330上移动至预定的成型位置或是喷涂位置。
不使用平面扫描器230时可闭合送纸槽道201以避免成型喷头311作业产生的粉尘沾附平面扫描器230而降低平面扫描器230的扫描影像品质。
参阅图1及图3至图5,送纸槽道201供使用者手动推入一纸本图片10,扫描器扫描通过送纸槽道201的纸本图片10并且将扫描得到的影像数据传送到控制模块330,控制模块300控制着色喷头组件320依据纸本图片10在成型的过程中在立体成品20的表面着色以将纸本图片10绘制在立体成品20的表面。
参阅图1、图5至图6C,例如要在一立体成品20中的一凹陷的表面区域21上绘制图片时,先在控制模块300中载入一立体图形文件,且立体图形文件中定义了对应该表面区域21的预定绘图位置。控制模块300由平面扫描器230接收预定绘制在前述表面区域21的纸本图片10的扫描影像数据,且控制模块300将立体图形文件与扫描影像数据连结。其中,控制模块300可以在列打印过程中的任意时间点接收扫描影像数据。如图6A所示,控制模块300依据立体图形文件控制成型喷头组件310打印切层堆叠至该表面区域21所在的切层后暂停打印而形成该表面区域21外露的成半成品;如图6B所示,控制模块300再依据扫描影像数据控制着色喷头组件321在该表面区域21上绘制图片;如图6C所示,图片绘制完成后,控制模块300再继续控制成型喷头组件310打印切层堆叠而形成该表面区域21周缘的凸出部分以及立体成品20的其他部分。
参阅图7,本发明的第二实施例的立体打印装置的构造大致如同第一实施例,其相同之处于此再再赘述。本实施例与第一实施例的差别在于模块本体210为单件式的元件,送纸槽道201开设在模块本体210,送纸槽道201的配置位置如同前述第一实例,同样不再赘述。闭合机构220至少包含枢设在模块本体210的一活动盖板221,活动盖板221的上缘枢接于模块本体210,其可以藉由重力驱动活动盖板221向下枢转闭合送纸槽道201。闭合机构220可进一步包含一弹性复位元件222,于本实施例中,弹性复位元件222较佳地为一弹簧,且弹簧的二端分别抵接模块本体210及活动盖板221;因此活动盖板221也可以设置为下缘枢接于模块本体210,以弹性复位元件222推动活动盖板221向上枢转闭合送纸槽道201。不使用平面扫描器230时可闭合送纸槽道201以避免粉尘沾附平面扫描器230而降低平面扫描器230的扫描影像品质。当纸本图片10通过送纸槽道201时即能够顶开活动盖板221。
本发明的立体打印装置藉由对应成型平面101设置平面扫描器230而能够扫描平面影像供绘制于成品的表面。
前述为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明不以此为限,如图8所示,扫描模块200也可以对应升降载台110设置在装置本体100上而非设在升降载台110上,升降载台110能够垂直升降而将成型平面101移动至对齐扫描模块200以利于扫描
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

其中该控制模块预载一立体图形文件,且该立体图形文件中定义了一预定绘图位置,该控制模块由该扫描模块接收一扫描影像数据,该控制模块依据该立体图形文件控制该成型喷头组件形成一成品同时在形成该成品的过程中依据该预定绘图位置以及该扫描影像数据控制着色喷头组件在该成品上绘图;
其中,该扫描模块包含有一模块本体,该模块本体具有一送纸槽道且该送纸槽道对应该成型平面一侧的边缘配置,该扫描模块包含有用以选择性地封闭该送纸槽道的一闭合机构以及对应该送纸槽道内部设置的一平面扫描器;
其中,该模块本体包含一基座以及叠设在该基座上的一活动上盖,该闭合机构连接在该基座以及该活动上盖之间;
其中,该闭合机构为一反弹器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,该平面扫描器设置在该基座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,该平面扫描器设置在该活动上盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,该闭合机构包含枢设在该模块本体的一活动盖板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,该闭合机构包含分别抵接该模块本体及该活动盖板以推动该模块本体闭合该送纸槽道的一弹性复位元件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,该送纸槽道的底部的垂直位置与该成型平面齐平配置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,该送纸槽道的底部的垂直位置高于该成型平面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,该送纸槽道水平延伸而平行于成型平面。
9.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,该扫描器用以扫描通过该送纸槽道的一纸本图片而得到一扫描影像数据,该控制模块控制该着色喷头组件依据该扫描影像数据在该立体成品表面着色。
