Description
<原料>
シラカバパルプ(ショッパー・リグラー濾水度(SR)25)及び10%沈降炭酸カルシウム(PCC)
動的濾水性分析装置(DDA)、バージョン4.1(ベータ)、2009年6月(製造業者:AB Akribi Kemikonsulter スウェーデン、スンツヴァル)
・紙力増強剤
−ウェットエンドジャガイモ澱粉(Chemigate社よりRaisamyl 50021という商品名で市販)
−Fb 46(ケミラ社から Fennobond 46(カチオン性ポリアクリルアミドを基材とする樹脂)という商品名で市販)
・MFC
MFCスラリーは、マイクロクリスタリンセルロース(MCC)と水との混合物(WO 2011/154601の記載に従って製造)を、作動圧力2000 barで、マイクロフルイダイザM-110P(Microfluidics株式会社)を3回通すことによって製造した。
・微小粒子
−ベントナイト(ケミラ社から、Altonit SFという商品名で市販)
−シリカ(ケミラ社から、Fennosil 517という商品名で市販)
−C-PAM(カチオン性ポリアクリルアミド、8モル%チャージ、Mw:約6,000,000 g/mol)
紙料をDDAの混合容器で混合した。各成分を表1に従って紙料に添加した。表1に記載の「遅延時間」とは、排水開始の何秒前に成分を紙料に添加したかを意味している。排水は 300 mPの減圧下で行われ、脱水時間は排水開始の時点から形成されたウェブ内に空気が入って来る時間までで測定した。
<紙力増強剤とMFCとが脱水性に与える効果>
表1に従って、使用した成分を別々に紙料に添加した。この参照例1は前記の試験手順に従って行われた。各成分とその量は表2に示されている。各成分の量は括弧に入れて示してあり、紙料の乾燥固形分1トン当たりの乾燥基準でのkgとして表示されている。
<紙力増強剤とMFCと歩留薬剤(C-PAM)とが脱水性に与える効果>
表1に従って、使用した成分を別々に紙料に添加した。この参照例2は前記の試験手順に従って行われた。各成分とその量は表3に示されている。各成分の量は括弧に入れて示してあり、紙料の乾燥固形分1トン当たりの乾燥基準でのkgとして表示されている。

<紙料と混合する前に全成分を予備混合することの効果>
全成分を予備混合してから、得られた予備混合物を紙料に添加した。予備混合物は90秒の遅延時間で添加された。DDAの混合容器と条件とは前記試験手順の欄に記載した通りである。成分及び各成分の量は表6に示されている。各成分の量は括弧に入れて示してあり、紙料の乾燥固形分1トン当たりの乾燥基準でのkgとして表示されている。
<紙力強化剤とMFCとを予備混合してから紙料と混合し、その後にベントナイト、シリカ又はC-PAMを添加することの効果>
紙力強化剤とMFCとを予備混合して得られた予備混合物を90秒の遅延時間で試料に添加し、その後、シリカ又はベントナイト又はC-PAMを20秒の遅延時間で別々に添加した。DDAの混合容器と条件とは前記試験手順の欄に記載した通りである。成分及び各成分の量は表7に示されている。各成分の量は括弧に入れて示してあり、紙料の乾燥固形分1トン当たりの乾燥基準でのkgとして表示されている。
Claims (7)
- セルロース繊維を含有する紙料を用意し、
ミクロフィブリル化セルロース(MFC)と、澱粉、キトサン、グアーガム、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、又は、カチオン性ポリアクリルアミド(C−PAM)、アニオン性ポリアクリルアミド(A−PAM)、グリコキシル化ポリアクリルアミド(G−PAM)、両性ポリアクリルアミド、塩化ポリジアリルジメチルアンモニウム(ポリDADMAC)、ポリアクリルアミド(PAAE)、ポリビニルアミン(PVAm)、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)若しくはこれらの高分子の2種以上の混合物を含む合成高分子、又は、これらの混合物を含む紙力増強剤とを含有する混合物を該紙料に添加し、
前記混合物の添加の後に、天然シリケート微小粒子、又は、合成シリケート微小粒子、又は、これらの混合物を含む微小粒子を該紙料に添加し、
ワイヤー上で該紙料を脱水してウェブを形成し、
該ウェブを乾燥する
ことを含み、

- 前記紙力増強剤が、紙料の乾燥固形分1トンに対して乾燥基準で5〜100kgの量で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物が製紙機械の濃厚な紙料流に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースがアニオン性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
