本发明涉及生活用纸领域,具体涉及一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
一次性水杯是我们日常生活中最常见的杯子,不管是饭店吃饭还是家里面都会储备,杯子可以喝饮料、热水、茶等饮品,非常方便,但如果有人经常或者天天使用一次性杯子来喝水,特别是滚烫的白开水时,杯子里面往往会稀释出不同的化学物质,尤其是经过漂白处理的杯子,里面都含有漂白剂,即使杯体内部附有淋膜也没用,还是多多少少会稀释出来,长久以往会直接影响使用者的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种制造工艺简单、不含有漂白剂、价格低廉、安全环保的不漂白的喝水杯原纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸,包括以下重量比:未漂白硫酸盐针叶木15~36份、竹子21~25份、棉麻19~26份,香蕉茎秆23~32份、棉绒10~15份,其余为去离子水和造纸添加剂。
进一步的,所述不漂白的喝水杯原纸纸张的抗拉性能≥8kn/m,纸张白度3~6ISO,水分2~7%,定量265~330g/m2,厚度0.9~1.5mm,施胶度≥1.2mm,吸水性20≤g/m2。
进一步的,所述添加剂包括质量比:羧甲基纤维素5~16份、云母粉10~15份、施胶剂6~15份、湿强剂5~9份、无铁硫酸铝8~15份、改性淀粉21~32份、改性瓜尔胶5~11份、壳聚糖6~16份、高岭土6~23份。
进一步的,所述湿强剂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚合性多官能羧酸环氧氯丙烷或聚酰胺一种以上混合物。
进一步的,施胶剂为改性淀粉、松香胶、石蜡或丙烯酸聚脂类的一种或两种以上组合。
一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
首先把未漂白硫酸盐针叶木、竹子、棉麻,香蕉茎秆、棉绒放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入去离子水和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间为2~2.5小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得不漂白的喝水杯原纸。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.成本低廉,采用未漂白硫酸盐针叶木、竹子、棉麻,香蕉茎秆、棉绒为主要原材料,其是制造包装纸的最常见用料,这些材料生产成本比较低廉,且适用频率高,未漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆为最常用原料,可以有效提高纸张性能,而竹子、棉麻,香蕉茎秆、棉绒都是很好的纤维原料,可以有效降低成本;
2.节能环保,在浆料内加入竹子,棉麻和棉绒,竹子可以作为有效的杀菌除菌剂,杀死纸杯表面的细菌和真菌,起到防止传染,棉麻和棉绒都是植物类纤维,都是原生态植物纤维,不仅对环境无污染,减少环境的污水排放量,且采用无污染的添加剂可以起到环保效果;
3.性能好,生产出来的纸杯原纸,因为采用竹子、棉麻和棉绒,其都是优等造纸原材料,相比于其它材料,在各项性能上大大超出,深受消费者喜欢。

下面对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例一
一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸包括以下重量比:未漂白硫酸盐针叶木15份、竹子21份、棉麻19份,香蕉茎秆23份、棉绒10份,其余为去离子水和造纸添加剂。
所述不漂白的喝水杯原纸纸张的抗拉性能≥8kn/m,纸张白度3~6ISO,水分4%,定量270g/m2,厚度1mm,施胶度≥1.2mm,吸水性20≤g/m2。
所述添加剂包括质量比:羧甲基纤维素7份、云母粉12份、施胶剂13份、湿强剂8份、无铁硫酸铝12份、改性淀粉25份、改性瓜尔胶8份、壳聚糖12份、高岭土9~23份。
所述湿强剂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚合性多官能羧酸环氧氯丙烷或聚酰胺一种以上混合物。
施胶剂为改性淀粉、松香胶、石蜡或丙烯酸聚脂类的一种或两种以上组合。
一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
首先把未漂白硫酸盐针叶木、竹子、棉麻,香蕉茎秆、棉绒放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入去离子水和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间为2小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得不漂白的喝水杯原纸。
实施例二
一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸包括以下重量比:未漂白硫酸盐针叶木18份、竹子22份、棉麻21份,香蕉茎秆26份、棉绒10份,其余为去离子水和造纸添加剂。
所述不漂白的喝水杯原纸纸张的抗拉性能≥8kn/m,纸张白度3~6ISO,水分6%,定量300g/m2,厚度1.2mm,施胶度≥1.2mm,吸水性20≤g/m2。

所述不漂白的喝水杯原纸纸张的抗拉性能≥8kn/m,纸张白度5ISO,水分3%,定量310g/m2,厚度1.3mm,施胶度≥1.2mm,吸水性20≤g/m2。
所述添加剂包括质量比:羧甲基纤维素9份、云母粉12份、施胶剂7份、湿强剂5份、无铁硫酸铝9份、改性淀粉21份、改性瓜尔胶9份、壳聚糖11份、高岭土17份。
所述湿强剂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚合性多官能羧酸环氧氯丙烷或聚酰胺一种以上混合物。
施胶剂为改性淀粉、松香胶、石蜡或丙烯酸聚脂类的一种或两种以上组合。
一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
首先把未漂白硫酸盐针叶木、竹子、棉麻,香蕉茎秆、棉绒放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入去离子水和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间为2.3小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得不漂白的喝水杯原纸。

1.一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸,其特征在于:包括以下重量比:未漂白硫酸盐针叶木15~36份、竹子21~25份、棉麻19~26份,香蕉茎秆23~32份、棉绒10~15份,其余为去离子水和造纸添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸,其特征在于:所述不漂白的喝水杯原纸纸张的抗拉性能≥8kn/m,纸张白度3~6ISO,水分2~7%,定量265~330g/㎡,厚度0.9~1.5mm,施胶度≥1.2mm,吸水性20≤g/㎡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸,其特征在于:所述添加剂包括质量比:羧甲基纤维素12~21份、云母粉10~15份、施胶剂13~26份、湿强剂5~9份、无铁硫酸铝8~15份、改性淀粉21~32份、改性瓜尔胶5~11份、壳聚糖6~16份、高岭土15~23份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸,其特征在于:所述湿强剂为环氧丙烯酸树脂、聚合性多官能羧酸环氧氯丙烷或聚酰胺一种以上混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸,其特征在于:施胶剂为改性淀粉、松香胶、石蜡或丙烯酸聚脂类的一种或两种以上组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种不漂白的喝水杯原纸的制备方法,其特征在于:首先把未漂白硫酸盐针叶木、竹子、棉麻,香蕉茎秆、棉绒放入到碎解机内碎解,碎解完成后再把得到的浆料加入到搅拌机搅拌,搅拌同时加入去离子水和造纸添加剂,搅拌时间为2~2.5小时,然后再经过过滤、上网成型、压榨、干燥、压光、复卷、打包的过程制得不漂白的喝水杯原纸。
