本发明公布了一种防油淋膜原纸的制造方法,它包括以下步骤:将针叶木片和阔叶木片先混合再制浆、打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥;所述制浆使用微漂制浆技术;所述打浆为锥型磨磨浆工艺;所述表面施胶为采用膜转移施胶压榨机,且表面施胶剂为施胶淀粉+石蜡乳液+防油剂。本发明通过对木片种类的选择、制浆工艺摸索、打浆工艺和浆内添加的功能化学助剂等进行研究,研究最新的防水防油表面施胶配方和技术,采用膜转移表面施胶处理,制造出合格的防油淋膜原纸,较好地解决了食品包装对纸张防水防油性能要求。

Description

一种防油淋膜原纸的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸领域,尤其是涉及一种防油淋膜原纸的制造方法。
背景技术
淋膜纸是指以原纸为基材,单面或双面涂PE膜后加工成形、印刷,主要用于水果包装、食品包装、膏药包装和工业包装等包装行业。淋膜纸是一类重要的包装纸,由于人们生活水平的提高,对方便的食品和饮料的包装需求也越来越高。
淋膜原纸是一种专门用于淋膜的纸张,要求表面平整,韧性好,具有高挺度和高抗水度,防水、防潮、防油性能好。特别是下游企业对淋膜原纸的适印性和易工性能提出了较高的要求。淋膜原纸在我国既面临非常好的市场机遇,同时也需要在生产和应用技术方面进一步提高。
防油淋膜原纸是一种具有防油功能的淋膜原纸,主要用于食品包装。根据使用要求,它需要具有防水、防潮、防油等性能,而且纸张及生产过程应符合食品卫生包装用纸的要求。生产淋膜纸的纤维原材料不能有荧光物质,在调制纸料时不能使用增白剂,辅料/添加剂无毒性而且生产环境要有防蚊虫措施。
防油淋膜原纸要求匀度好,纸面不准有砂粒、孔洞、死折等外观纸病。防油淋膜原纸关键指标为水分、紧度、平滑度、吸水性、横向伸缩率、分层力、防透油性能等。
本发明通过对木片种类的选择、不同重量比木片混合制浆工艺摸索、打浆工艺和浆内添加的功能化学助剂等进行研究,研究最新的防水防油表面施胶配方和技术,采用膜转移表面施胶处理,参照相关纸机参数来执行,制造出合格的防油淋膜原纸,较好地解决了食品包装对纸张防水防油性能要求,对公司优化产品结构和提升公司赢利能力具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防油淋膜原纸的制造方法,采用100%木浆为生产原料,挺度高、分层力大、平滑度高,防水、防潮、防油等性能好,不含荧光增白剂,不含对人体有害的化学物质,符合国家卫生及国际食品卫生标准,完全满足食品包装要求。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防油淋膜原纸的制造方法,它包括以下步骤:将针叶木片和阔叶木片先混合再制浆、打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥;所述制浆使用微漂制浆技术;所述打浆为锥型磨磨浆工艺;所述辅料绝对干浆用量为:(a) 松香施胶剂重量比2.0~4.0%, (b) 硫酸铝重量比2.0~4.0%,(c)干强剂重量比1.3~1.5%,(d)湿强剂重量比1.0~2.0%;所述表面施胶为采用膜转移施胶压榨机,且表面施胶剂为施胶淀粉+石蜡乳液+防油剂。
进一步的,所述制浆的浆料配比以混合前的木片重量比计为45±2%阔杂木片:55±2%沿海松木片。
进一步的,所述打浆的浆料打浆度为28~30ºSR,湿重10~14克。
进一步的,所述表面施胶的施胶浓度控制在8~10%,施胶量在1.0~3.0g/m2;施胶淀粉用量控制在15-30kg/吨纸;石蜡乳液用量控制在10-15kg/吨纸;防油剂用量控制在10-15kg/吨纸;计量棒压力100kPa;施胶部前纸页张力 220N/m2,施胶部后纸页张力200N/m2
进一步的,所述表面施胶的熬制方法为先将施胶淀粉按照正常熬制工艺溶解和制备,在制备完成后分别加入石蜡乳液和防油剂,搅拌10分钟至混合均匀放至储存桶待用,最终浓度10%左右,确保每吨纸的施胶淀粉用量控制在15-30kg/吨纸。
进一步的,所述石蜡乳液用量控制在10-15kg/吨纸;防油剂用量控制在10-15kg/吨纸。
本发明的有益效果:
1、从原材料选择和配方入手、采取先混合原材料后,再采取微漂制浆新工艺技术、通过锥型磨磨浆工艺,具体包括研究原材料(木片)结构,将阔杂木片和沿海松木片在料仓内进行充分物理搅拌混合。其配比以木片配方多次实验室研究和抄片质量数据检测分析结果为依据的,最终确定最佳配方为45±2%阔杂木片:55±2%沿海松木片(重量比)。
2、研究制浆和打浆工艺:根据纸张质量要求的特殊性,深入研究混合木片蒸煮及制浆漂白工艺(采用H2O2漂白技术,控制成浆ISO白度在22-24度);通过实验室浆料蒸煮和打浆工艺研究,确定合理的打浆参数控制范围(湿重10-14克,打浆度28-300SR),最后抄片出纸样质量数据都非常好。
3、研究防油淋膜原纸表面处理技术,采用施胶淀粉+石蜡乳液+防油剂表面施胶;施胶浓度控制在8~10%,施胶量在1.0~3.0g/m2;施胶淀粉用量控制在15-30kg/吨纸;石蜡乳液用量控制在10-15kg/吨纸;防油剂用量控制在10-15kg/吨纸;较好地解决了食品包装对纸张防水防油性能要求。
4、为保证本色淋膜原纸(防油)具有良好的防油效果,采用松香胶进行酸性施胶,吸水值控制在23.0±2.0 g/m2

以下通过实施例进一步对本发明做出阐释。
实施例1:
一种防油淋膜原纸的制造方法,它包括以下步骤:将针叶木片和阔叶木片先混合再制浆、打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥;所述制浆使用微漂制浆技术;所述打浆为锥型磨磨浆工艺;所述辅料绝对干浆用量为:(a) 松香施胶剂重量比2.0~4.0%, (b) 硫酸铝重量比2.0~4.0%,(c)干强剂重量比1.3~1.5%,(d)湿强剂重量比1.0~2.0%;所述表面施胶为采用膜转移施胶压榨机,且表面施胶剂为施胶淀粉+石蜡乳液+防油剂。
优选的,所述制浆的浆料配比以混合前的木片重量比计为45±2%阔杂木片:55±2%沿海松木片。

实施例2:65克防油淋膜原纸
将45%阔杂木片:55%沿海松木片按照重量比先混合于料仓,混合均匀后,采用化学制浆的方法和H2O2微漂制浆技术,将本色浆的ISO白度控制在22-24度;然后将混合浆料通过三台锥型磨串联进行打浆,打浆度为28-30ºSR,湿重10-14克;通过上浆系统加入20~30kg/吨纸松香施胶剂、20~30kg/吨纸硫酸铝、13~15kg/吨纸干强剂、加入10~20kg/吨纸湿强剂,配制成稀释好的浆料上网,通过叠网进行双面脱水,保证纤维分散均匀、纵横向纤维排列有序和均匀分布,湿纸页进压榨部复合压榨后;进前干燥至干度95%的纸页进入施胶部,采用膜转移方式对纸张进行表面施胶处理(表面施胶工艺配方为:防油剂+石蜡乳液+施胶淀粉);控制单面施胶量在1.0~3.0g/m2,经过处理后的湿纸页进后干燥处理;经过后干燥处理后干度在94~96%的纸页通过压光机(适当加压),然后对纸张进行卷取,即可得到定量为65 g/m2防油淋膜原纸。
按照以上工艺生产的防油淋膜原纸主要指标:定量65.0±1.5g/m2,白度22.0~24.0%ISO,水分4.5~5.5%,紧度≥0.68 g/cm3,吸水性23.0±2.0 g/m2,横向伸缩率≤4.0%,平滑度(平均)≥20s,分层力≥1.3 N/25mm,防透油性能≥100℃10min不透油,产品防水、防潮、防油等性能好,完全满足市场的要求。

1.一种防油淋膜原纸的制造方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:将针叶木片和阔叶木片先混合再制浆、打浆、配浆及辅料加入、湿纸抄造、前干燥、表面施胶、后干燥;所述制浆使用微漂制浆技术;所述打浆为锥型磨磨浆工艺;所述辅料绝对干浆用量为:(a) 松香施胶剂重量比2.0~4.0%, (b) 硫酸铝重量比2.0~4.0%,(c)干强剂重量比1.3~1.5%,(d)湿强剂重量比1.0~2.0%;所述表面施胶为采用膜转移施胶压榨机,且表面施胶剂为施胶淀粉+石蜡乳液+防油剂,所述表面施胶的熬制方法为先将施胶淀粉按照正常熬制工艺溶解和制备,在制备完成后分别加入石蜡乳液和防油剂,搅拌10分钟至混合均匀放至储存桶待用,最终浓度10%,确保每吨纸的施胶淀粉用量控制在15-30Kg/吨纸,所述表面施胶的施胶浓度控制在8~10%,施胶量在1.0~3.0g/m2;施胶淀粉用量控制在15-30kg/吨纸;石蜡乳液用量控制在10-15kg/吨纸;防油剂用量控制在10-15kg/吨纸;计量棒压力100kPa;施胶部前纸页张力 220N/m2,施胶部后纸页张力200N/m2
