本发明属于防霉包装材料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种长期有效的防霉包装材料,包括以下重量份的原料:硫酸盐漂白针叶木浆100份、氧化铝纤维14‑18份、聚丙烯腈纤维6‑10份、缓释防霉剂5‑7份、碳酸钙1‑3份、酪素1‑3份。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中通过合理制备缓释防霉剂,由于噻苯咪唑、麻叶提取物合理配比,能够实现有效增强防霉效果,缓释效果好,能够有效延长材料的防霉时效,再与其他原料合理配比,能够保证所得纸张平滑性好,具有一定的防水性和防污性,提高其使用性能。

本发明属于防霉包装材料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种长期有效的防霉包装材料。
背景技术
包装纸,主要用于包装目的的一类纸的统称。通常具有高的强度和韧性,较高的物理强度及一定的抗水性,能耐压、耐折。其细分纸种很多,各自有不同的性质和用途。包装用纸有牛皮纸、鸡皮纸、纸袋纸、羊皮纸、玻璃纸、中性包装纸、半透明纸、防锈纸、防油纸、食品包装纸等。
根据商品的特点,包装纸具有相应的特殊性能,防霉包装应用越来越广泛,例如鞋业等,随着防霉包装技术的逐步发展,用户对包装材料的要求越来越高,但通常防霉包装纸只在短时间内有效,无法重复使用,造成了一定的资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种长期有效的防霉包装材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种长期有效的防霉包装材料,包括以下重量份的原料:硫酸盐漂白针叶木浆100份、氧化铝纤维14-18份、聚丙烯腈纤维6-10份、缓释防霉剂5-7份、碳酸钙1-3份、酪素1-3份;
所述缓释防霉剂的制备方法为:将麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉与水以重量比3-7:12-18:100混合,然后在温度为65-75℃的条件下搅拌混合1-2小时,完成后调节pH值至3.8-4.2,然后加入相当于玉米淀粉重量1.2-1.8%的噻苯咪唑、2.8-3.4%的麻叶提取物,在温度为40-50℃的条件下搅拌处理30-40分钟,完成后调节pH值至中性,再加入相当于玉米淀粉重量1.5-2.5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷硅油、4-5%的氯化铜超声处理12-18分钟,完成后冷冻干燥,即得。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述硫酸盐漂白针叶木浆初始打浆度为14.5°SR。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉与水混合时的搅拌速度为300-400转/分钟。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述超声处理的频率为28-32kHz。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述麻叶提取物的制备方法为:将采集的麻叶全株清洗后,加入与其等重量的水,充分捣碎后在温度为50-60℃的条件下烘干至含水量低于3%,然后加入相当于其重量3-5倍质量浓度为75-85%的乙醇溶液,在温度为75-80℃的条件下浸提30-40分钟,过滤,滤液经离心、旋蒸至膏状,即得。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中通过合理制备缓释防霉剂,由于噻苯咪唑、麻叶提取物合理配比,能够实现有效增强防霉效果,缓释效果好,能够有效延长材料的防霉时效,再与其他原料合理配比,能够保证所得纸张平滑性好,具有一定的防水性和防污性,提高其使用性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种长期有效的防霉包装材料,包括以下重量份的原料:硫酸盐漂白针叶木浆100份、氧化铝纤维16份、聚丙烯腈纤维8份、缓释防霉剂6份、碳酸钙2份、酪素2份;
所述缓释防霉剂的制备方法为:将麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉与水以重量比5:15:100混合,然后在温度为60℃的条件下搅拌混合1.5小时,完成后调节pH值至4,然后加入相当于玉米淀粉重量1.5%的噻苯咪唑、3.1%的麻叶提取物,在温度为45℃的条件下搅拌处理35分钟,完成后调节pH值至中性,再加入相当于玉米淀粉重量2%的聚二甲基硅氧烷硅油、4.5%的氯化铜超声处理15分钟,完成后冷冻干燥,即得。
其中,所述硫酸盐漂白针叶木浆初始打浆度为14.5°SR。
其中,所述麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉与水混合时的搅拌速度为350转/分钟。
其中,所述超声处理的频率为30kHz。
其中,所述麻叶提取物的制备方法为:将采集的麻叶全株清洗后,加入与其等重量的水,充分捣碎后在温度为55℃的条件下烘干至含水量低于3%,然后加入相当于其重量4倍质量浓度为80%的乙醇溶液,在温度为78℃的条件下浸提35分钟,过滤,滤液经离心、旋蒸至膏状,即得。
本发明中纸张撕裂度大于380mN,抗张强度纵向大于4.2KN/m,防油等级9级,平滑度(正面)大于90s,表面强度大于14A,在空气湿度为60%的条件下静置30天,通过显微镜观察壁纸未发生霉变。
实施例2
一种长期有效的防霉包装材料,包括以下重量份的原料:硫酸盐漂白针叶木浆100份、氧化铝纤维14份、聚丙烯腈纤维10份、缓释防霉剂5份、碳酸钙3份、酪素1份;
所述缓释防霉剂的制备方法为:将麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉与水以重量比3:12:100混合,然后在温度为65℃的条件下搅拌混合1小时,完成后调节pH值至4.2,然后加入相当于玉米淀粉重量1.2%的噻苯咪唑、3.4%的麻叶提取物,在温度为50℃的条件下搅拌处理30分钟,完成后调节pH值至中性,再加入相当于玉米淀粉重量1.5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷硅油、4%的氯化铜超声处理18分钟,完成后冷冻干燥,即得。

所述缓释防霉剂的制备方法为:将麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉与水以重量比7:18:100混合,然后在温度为75℃的条件下搅拌混合2小时,完成后调节pH值至3.8,然后加入相当于玉米淀粉重量1.8%的噻苯咪唑、2.8%的麻叶提取物,在温度为40℃的条件下搅拌处理40分钟,完成后调节pH值至中性,再加入相当于玉米淀粉重量2.5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷硅油、5%的氯化铜超声处理12分钟,完成后冷冻干燥,即得。

1.一种长期有效的防霉包装材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:硫酸盐漂白针叶木浆100份、氧化铝纤维14-18份、聚丙烯腈纤维6-10份、缓释防霉剂5-7份、碳酸钙1-3份、酪素1-3份;
所述缓释防霉剂的制备方法为:将麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉与水以重量比3-7:12-18:100混合,然后在温度为65-75℃的条件下搅拌混合1-2小时,完成后调节pH值至3.8-4.2,然后加入相当于玉米淀粉重量1.2-1.8%的噻苯咪唑、2.8-3.4%的麻叶提取物,在温度为40-50℃的条件下搅拌处理30-40分钟,完成后调节pH值至中性,再加入相当于玉米淀粉重量1.5-2.5%的聚二甲基硅氧烷硅油、4-5%的氯化铜超声处理12-18分钟,完成后冷冻干燥,即得。
