(3)将步骤(2)中的浆料送到配浆池中,加入松香,搅拌25分钟,再加入硫酸铝、阳离子淀粉、防水剂、PPE树脂、次氯酸盐、石蜡、低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、轻质碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂,搅拌1.5个小时,即完成调浆操作。
(4)将配浆池中的浆料利用泵送至抄前桨池中,送至纸机抄纸,通过脱水成形、机械压榨、烘缸干燥后达到成纸。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (11)

1.一种防霉防潮的包装纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:本色针叶桨100-300份、松香0.5-6份、硫酸铝4-20份、阳离子淀粉0.5-4份、防水剂1-12份、废纸浆50-150份、PPE树脂1-6份、次氯酸盐0.5-4份、石蜡1-6份、低密度聚乙烯5-10份、高密度聚乙烯5-10份、轻质碳酸钙1-6份、硬脂酸锌0.5-4份、抗氧剂2-8份、紫外线吸收剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防霉防潮的包装纸,其特征在于,所述防霉防潮的包装纸由以下重量份的原料组成:本色针叶桨100份、松香0.5份、硫酸铝4份、阳离子淀粉0.5份、防水剂1份、废纸浆50份、PPE树脂1份、次氯酸盐0.5份、石蜡1份、低密度聚乙烯5份、高密度聚乙烯5份、轻质碳酸钙1份、硬脂酸锌0.5份、抗氧剂2份、紫外线吸收剂5份。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任一所述的防霉防潮的包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将本色针叶桨和废纸浆混合,加入次氯酸盐,浸泡温度为20°C,浸泡时间为10分钟,先用水力碎浆机,在3%的浓度下进行疏解。
4.(2)再经过高频振框筛选,除去较大的草节和砂石,然后通过净化设备,除去原料中的沙粒和相对密度大的杂质,再由离心筛选,除去不适合与抄纸的纤维束,并经过浓缩洗涤,除去混在浆料中的粘性物质。
5.(3)将步骤(2)中的浆料送到配浆池中,加入松香,搅拌20分钟,再加入硫酸铝、阳离子淀粉、防水剂、PPE树脂、次氯酸盐、石蜡、低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、轻质碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂,搅拌1个小时,即完成调浆操作。
6.(4)将配浆池中的浆料利用泵送至抄前桨池中,送至纸机抄纸,通过脱水成形、机械压榨、烘缸干燥后达到成纸。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种防霉防潮的包装纸,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂包括如下成分:茶多酚5-10份、植酸5-10份。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种防霉防潮的包装纸,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中加入次氯酸盐后,浸泡的温度为20°C-40°C。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种防霉防潮的包装纸,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中加入次氯酸盐后,浸泡的时间为10-30分钟。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种防霉防潮的包装纸,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中加入松香的搅拌的时间为20-30分钟。
11.根据权利要求3所述的一种防霉防潮的包装纸,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中加入硫酸铝、阳离子淀粉、防水剂、PPE树脂、次氯酸盐、石蜡、低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、轻质碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂的搅拌时间为1-2个小时。
