本发明涉及一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的制备工艺,属于造纸技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内生产箱板纸的企业的制浆方法大多采用AOCC(美废)+OCC(国废),经碎浆机粉碎后进行分级筛选,其中,中纤用于面层,短纤用于芯层,长纤用于底层。但是,由于废纸多次回收利用,导致纤维的各种性能指标均有所下降,且废纸中胶粘物较多,抄纸时容易引起纸机断头,造成成品纸外观不合格、局部爆线等质量问题,并且国废质量较美废差。因此,为了提高纸张的产品质量,则需增加进口废纸的配比或添加各种造纸添加剂,并对面层(中纤)浆进行热分散处理。然而,这种做法势必会加大投资大力度,能耗更高,生产成本更高,且无法彻底去除浆料中的胶黏物。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的制备工艺,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)制浆:将废纸置于碎浆机中打浆,分级后得到长纤维浆、中纤维浆和短纤维浆,将重量比为9:1的长纤维浆和短纤维浆混合作为底层浆料,将重量比为4:1的中纤维浆和短纤维浆混合作为芯层浆料,将重量比为5:1:1短纤维浆、中纤维浆和长纤维浆混合作为面层浆料;
(2)造纸:将所述面层浆料、芯层浆料和底层浆料依次通过流浆箱喷涂至成型网后复合成一体,然后经过压榨脱水烘干后,获得原纸;
(3)施胶:对原纸进行表面喷淋施胶,得到最后的成品挂面箱板纸。
所述的一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的制备工艺,所述面层浆料中还加入干强剂。
所述的一种牛皮挂面箱板纸的制备工艺,所述干强剂包括以下重量份数的原料:纳米陶瓷2-6份、纳米二氧化硅2-6份、羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份、壳聚糖1-3份和玻璃纤维10-15份。

本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的采用分级的底层浆料、芯层浆料和面层浆料,充分利用废纸浆料,同时,保证成纸的强度和亮度;在底层浆料添加填料保证底层浆料的强度,在面层浆料添加干强剂提高了成纸的韧性。
本发明制备得到的成纸耐破指数≥3.57kPa•m2/g;耐折度≥15次;成纸L值达到54.86±1,a值达到13.23±0.5,b值达到28.37±0.5。
本发明的底层浆料通过添加填料,改善了成纸强度,填料以高岭土和滑石粉为主要原料,采用丁基橡胶改性高岭土和滑石粉,提高了填料的留着率,同时,制备方法简单。
本发明的干强剂采用纳米陶瓷、纳米二氧化硅、羧甲基纤维素钠、壳聚糖和玻璃纤维的混合物作为干强剂,能够提高纸张的物理强度,提高纸张的耐破指数,适合用于废纸的浆料。
