本发明提供一种书画纸,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:竹浆:10‑30份;龙须草浆:50‑80份;木浆:5‑20份;水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维:5‑15份;蚕丝:5‑20份;淀粉粘合剂:0.01‑1份;防水剂:0.001‑0.5份;所述的淀粉粘合剂包括淀粉、脲基树脂、溴化钠、氯化铵和水;本发明还公开该书画纸的制作工艺,通过添加有特定配方的淀粉粘合剂,是的书画纸具有阻燃防火效果,同时蚕丝的加入使得纸张变得轻薄柔软,而且最后喷洒防水剂也提高了防水性能,同时公开的制备工艺也适合大批量生产,提高工作效率。

背景技术
[0002] 书画纸是相对于宣纸而言。本来,所有适合书画的纸都叫书画纸,但是,由于仿冒 宣纸的盛行,为区别所见,出现了“书画纸”的称呼。书画纸与宣纸的不同之处在于原料和制 造过程。但是现有的书画纸的制作工艺复杂,而且书画纸还存在不够柔软、不够轻薄,而且 纸张防水效果差,易燃烧的缺点。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种纸张柔软、轻薄,且还能起到阻 燃、防水的书画纸,同时还提供了制作该书画纸的制作工艺。

[0013] 所述的淀粉粘合剂包括淀粉、脲基树脂、溴化钠、氯化铵和水。
[0014] 作为优选,所述的淀粉粘合剂中淀粉:脲基树脂:溴化钠:氯化铵:水的重量份数比 为1:0.8-1.2:0.2-0.8:0.10-0.5:1.5-3。
[0015] 作为优选,所述的淀粉粘合剂中淀粉:脲基树脂:溴化钠:氯化铵:水的重量份数比 为 1:1:0.5:0.15:2。

[0025] 本发明采用中的水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维在冷水中润胀,根据缩醛化程度的不同,可 在60j(TC左右的水中熔融,故能在干燥时在纤维间形成有效的黏结,该纤维状黏结物的留 着率高,可在多根纤维间起到黏结作用,从而提高纸张强度,而且对成纸的透气度及吸液性 能等指标影响不大。

[0028] D对浆料的处理:按配方量将竹浆、龙须草浆和木浆进行混合,用次氯酸钙漂剂在 漂白池中将浆料漂至白度为65〜75% ISO,漂后立即洗涤;
[0029] 2)蚕丝的处理:按配方量将蚕丝生丝经缫丝、炼白处理除去90%以上的丝胶形成 炼白熟丝;将炼白熟丝通过处理后形成熟色丝;
[0030] 3)打浆:将步骤1)中得到浆料和步骤2)得到熟色丝在在打浆机进行打散,采用重 刀快打使纤维均匀地切断,从而提高其成纸的匀度和平滑度,打浆浓度2.9〜3.5% ;
[0031] 4)配浆:往步骤3)中得到浆料中加入配方量的淀粉粘合剂进行搅拌得到成浆,所 述的淀粉粘合剂包括淀粉、脲基树脂、溴化钠、氯化铵和水;
