本发明公开了一种高效扭结折叠式糖果包装原纸的生产工艺,包括以下工序:将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆经打浆工序成浆→接着浆料经过长网多缸纸机抄造成型→压榨→干燥→压光→分切→打包入库;其中,打浆工序采用若干台3型和4型双盘磨混合打浆,采用的打浆方式为高浓度粘状打浆方式,能最大限度保留浆料长纤维含量,有助于提高纸张的抗张强度及撕裂强度;打浆工序中配浆加入了化工助剂,与传统工艺相比,化工助剂的加入节省了助剂的用量,经济适用性强,同时提高了纸张的裂断长、耐破度和耐折度等干强度指标以及施胶度。

糖果包装纸的市场非常广阔,任何一个糖果生产厂家都需要使用许多的糖果包装纸,而扭结糖果包装纸在糖果包装纸中占有较大比例。普通的糖果包装纸只能满足传统的圆形扭结样式,方形、菱形等样式因为撕裂强度不够,在使用后会出现包装破损问题,给食品安全带来隐患,也会影响美观。高效扭结糖果包装纸不易变形、纸张撕裂度高,可满足不同样式的糖果包装。

本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高效扭结折叠式糖果包装原纸的生产工艺,包括以下工序:将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆经打浆工序成浆→接着浆料经过长网多缸纸机抄造成型→压榨→干燥→压光→分切→打包入库;所述打浆工序具体为:
S1、碎解:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆采用清水浸泡1-2小时,浸泡质量浓度为6.0-6.5%,经过高浓碎浆机碎解,放入原浆池;
S2、打浆:将原浆池的浆料通过若干台双盘磨进行混合打浆,浆液流入成浆池,打浆叩解度58-60°SR,湿重17-18g,打浆完毕浆液从成浆池调入配浆池;
S3、配浆:向配浆池中加入化工助剂,所述的化工助剂包括以下原料:分散剂、阳离子淀粉干强剂、石蜡改性松香皂化胶、明矾、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和湿强剂。
进一步,步骤S1中,碎解后的碎浆浓度为5.0-5.5%。
进一步,步骤S2中,双盘磨磨片为3型和4型混用,采用的打浆方式为高浓度粘状打浆方式。

其中,石蜡改性松香皂化胶的加入能提高成纸的光亮度和耐折度,减少黏缸问题,同时在节约硫酸铝用量20-30%的情况下不影响施胶效果。同时本身具有抑泡和消泡作用,不必再加入消泡剂,经济适用性强;

S1、碎解:漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆采用清水浸泡1小时,浸泡质量浓度为6.5%,经过高浓碎浆机碎解,碎浆质量浓度为5.5%,放入原浆池;
S2、打浆:将原浆池的浆料通过若干台(优选4台)双盘磨进行混合打浆,浆液流入成浆池,其中,双盘磨磨片为3型和4型混用,采用的打浆方式为高浓度粘状打浆方式,能最大限度保留浆料长纤维含量(长纤维含量高有助于提高纸张的抗张强度及撕裂强度);打浆叩解度58-60°SR,湿重17-18g,打浆完毕浆液从成浆池调入配浆池;
S3、配浆:向配浆池中加入化工助剂,所述的化工助剂包括以下原料:分散剂、阳离子淀粉干强剂、石蜡改性松香皂化胶、明矾、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和湿强剂;
其中,所述的分散剂为聚环氧乙烷,分散剂的加入量为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆重量的0.2%;

该防腐杀菌剂的制备方法为:称取1mol六亚甲基四胺于反应瓶中,加入200ml乙腈溶解,通入氮气保护,接着加入4.3-4.5mol 4-氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚和催化剂碘化钾溶液,搅拌均匀后,升温至110-115℃,在氮气保护下搅拌反应8-10h,反应结束后,旋转蒸发除去溶剂,得到的粗品采用30ml丙酮洗涤3-5次,再用无水乙醇-丙酮混合溶剂重结晶,过滤干燥后即得到式A结构的防腐杀菌剂,反应式如下所示:

经抗菌性能测试,加入漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆0.01%的防腐杀菌剂,即可对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到95.5%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达92.7%。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效扭结折叠式糖果包装原纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中,所述的石蜡改性松香皂化胶的加入量为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆重量的1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效扭结折叠式糖果包装原纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中,所述的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的加入量为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆重量的0.1%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效扭结折叠式糖果包装原纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中,所述的明矾的加入量为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆重量的1.5-2.0%,其系统pH值为4.0-5.0。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效扭结折叠式糖果包装原纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中,所述的湿强剂为三羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂,湿强剂的加入量为漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆重量的1%。
