Description
Claims (4)
- ぶれ検出部と、
撮影光学系の一部のレンズを保持する第1の可動部を有し、前記ぶれ検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記第1の可動部を光軸と垂直な方向に移動させてぶれを補正するぶれ補正ユニットと、
前記第1の可動部の位置を検出する位置検出部と、
撮像部を保持する第2の可動部を有し、当該第2の可動部を前記光軸と垂直な方向に移動させて画素ずらし補正を行う画素ずらしユニットと、
前記画素ずらしユニットが駆動されている際に、前記ぶれ補正ユニットの前記第1の可動部が所定の位置で停止するように前記ぶれ補正ユニットを制御する制御回路と、
を具備し、
前記制御回路は、
前記第1の可動部を前記所定の位置に停止させる際、前記ぶれを補正する時よりも大きい増幅率で前記位置検出部の出力を増幅して当該第1の可動部を高精度に位置決めするための信号を出力し、前記第1の可動部が前記所定の位置に高精度に位置決めされた状態で、前記画素ずらしユニットによって、画素ずらしを行うようにしたことを特徴とする撮像装置。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記ぶれ補正ユニットによるぶれの補正がされず、かつ、前記画素ずらしユニットが非駆動状態に設定された際、前記第1の可動部を前記所定の位置に停止させるための制御信号を出力するとともに、
前記第1の可動部の所定時刻の位置信号を前記位置検出部で検出してそれを増幅し、前記第1の可動部の現在位置を演算して前記所定の位置との偏差に相当する信号を前記ぶれ補正ユニットに出力するフィードバック制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記位置検出部からの出力を増幅する際、前記第1の可動部の単位当たりの移動量に対する増幅器の出力電圧が大きくなるように増幅することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記画素ずらしユニットは、
前記ぶれ検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記第2の可動部を光軸と垂直な方向に移動させてぶれを補正するぶれ補正機能を兼ねていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
