Claims (18)
- 外科用の衝撃付与器具であって、
モータと、
前記モータへ電力を供給する統合電源と、
手術用具を放出可能に受け入れるよう構成されたアダプタと、
前記アダプタへ力を与えるために、少なくとも2つの異なる打撃面を選択的に打撃可能な打撃体と、
エネルギ貯蔵手段へのエネルギの貯蔵およびエネルギ貯蔵手段からのエネルギの放出を行うよう前記モータを制御することにより、前記打撃体を動かして前記アダプタへ周期的かつ制御された衝撃力を与える制御回路とを備え、
前記打撃体が第1の打撃面を打撃することにより、前記アダプタが前方へ推進され、
前記打撃体が第2の打撃面を打撃することにより、前記アダプタが後方へ推進される、衝撃付与器具。 - 前記少なくとも2つの打撃面の選択は、使用者によって前記衝撃付与器具へ与えられる付勢力に基づく、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 使用者が対象物へ向かう方向へ付勢力を加えると、前記打撃体が前記第1の打撃面を打撃する、請求項2に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 使用者が対象物から遠ざかる方向へ付勢力を加えると、前記打撃体が前記第2の打撃面を打撃する、請求項2に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵手段は、周期の一部にわたって9psia未満で動作する室を含む、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵手段は、少なくとも50psiaの圧力で動作する、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵手段は、前記手術用具を前方へ推進するために前記打撃体が前記第1の打撃面を打撃するときに少なくとも部分的に真空状態となる室を含む、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 戻り止めをさらに備え、

- 行程制限部をさらに備えた、
前記行程制限部は、前記アダプタの行程を、前記打撃体の行程の50%未満に制限する、請求項11に記載の衝撃付与器具。 - 前記打撃体が、前記少なくとも2つの打撃面を備えたアンビルを介して、前記アダプタに動作可能に結合された、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記少なくとも2つの打撃面への衝撃力を時間的に拡散する弾性手段をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記弾性手段が弾性材料で形成された、請求項14に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 動作中に空気を排出するための通気孔を有する打撃体案内部をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記直線運動変換を所望の周期動作に制御するための、前記制御回路に動作可能に連結されたセンサをさらに備えた、請求項11に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記センサが、前記直線運動変換器の行程を全出力行程の少なくとも75%とするために、前記直線運動変換器の位置を検出する、請求項17に記載の衝撃付与器具。
