Claims (18)
- 対象物を打撃するための整形外科用の衝撃付与器具であって、
モータ、
直線運動変換器、
前記直線運動変換器に動作可能に連結され、第1の端部及び第2の端部を有する圧縮ピストン、
空気圧縮室、
打撃体、
前記打撃体を適所に保持する戻り止め、
制御手段、
アンビル要素、
ブローチ、ノミ、拡孔器または他の手術用具を保持することが可能であり、前記アンビル要素に動作可能に連結されているアダプタ、
取っ手、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記モータに、前記直線運動変換器を移動させるよう命令し、前記圧縮ピストンを移動させて前記空気室内の空気を圧縮または減圧し、
前記圧縮された空気が前記戻り止めの保持力を上回ると、前記打撃体は第1の位置から第2の位置に移動して前記アンビル要素を打撃し、
前記打撃体は、当該衝撃付与器具が対象物へ向けて付勢されると前記アダプタに対して第1の方向へ、当該衝撃付与器具が対象物から引き離されると前記アダプタに対して前記第1の方向とは逆方向へ、連続可能かつ制御可能な衝撃力を付与する、
ことを特徴とする整形外科用の衝撃付与器具。 - 前記直線運動変換器は、スライダクランク機構を含む
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記戻り止めは、機械的な戻り止め、磁気的な戻り止め及びソレノイドのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記制御手段は、一回の打撃衝撃、及び可変速度の打撃衝撃のうちの少なくとも一方を可能にする
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記器具は、その器具の外面に配置される照明要素を備えている
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記制御手段は少なくとも1つのセンサから少なくとも1つの位置を受信し、前記位置に基づいて前記直線運動変換器の動作を制御する
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記器具は、ねじれセンサを備え、前記ねじれセンサは、前記器具の横方向への逸脱する移動または力を判断することが可能であり、前記ねじれセンサは前記逸脱を使用者に知らせることが可能である

制御手段、

ブローチ、ノミ、拡孔器または他の手術用具を保持することが可能であり、前記アンビル要素に動作可能に連結されているアダプタ、
取っ手、とを備え、前記制御手段は、前記モータに、前記直線運動変換器を移動させるよう命令し、前記圧縮ピストンを移動させて前記空気室内の空気を圧縮または減圧し、
前記圧縮ピストンの位置が、前記戻り止めの保持力を上回る力で前記打撃体の前記ノーズピースに接触すると、前記打撃体は第1の位置から第2の位置に移動して前記アンビル要素を打撃し、
それによって、前記打撃体は前記アダプタに少なくとも1つの方向への力を与える
ことを特徴とする整形外科用の衝撃付与器具。 - 前記直線運動変換器は、スライダクランク機構を含む
