Claims (18)
- 対向する二方向に手術用具を推進するために、対象物を反復的な制御された衝撃力で打撃するための電池駆動の外科用の衝撃付与器具であって、
駆動機構と、
前記駆動機構へ電力を供給する電池と、
前記反復的な制御された衝撃力を前記駆動機構に対応して生成するために前記駆動機構のエネルギのエネルギ貯蔵手段への貯蔵および放出を制御する制御手段と、
前記対象物に作用する手術用具を放出可能に受け入れるよう構成されたアダプタと、
前記アダプタへ前記反復的な制御された衝撃力を与えるために、前記反復的な制御された衝撃力によって少なくとも2つの異なる打撃面から選択される一つの打撃面を打撃可能な打撃体、を備え、
前記反復的な制御された衝撃力を第1の打撃面へ与えることにより、前記アダプタが第1の方向へ推進され、
前記反復的な制御された衝撃力を第2の打撃面へ与えることにより、前記アダプタが前記第1の方向とは逆の方向へ推進される、衝撃付与器具。 - 前記少なくとも2つの打撃面の選択は、使用者によって前記衝撃付与器具へ与えられる付勢力に基づく、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 使用者が前記対象物へ向かう方向へ付勢力を加えると、前記打撃体が前記第1の打撃面を打撃する、請求項2に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 使用者が前記対象物から遠ざかる方向へ付勢力を加えると、前記打撃体が前記第2の打撃面を打撃する、請求項2に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵手段は、周期の一部にわたって9psia未満で動作する室を含む、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵手段は、少なくとも50psiaの圧力で動作する、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵手段は、前記手術用具を前記第1の方向へ推進するために前記打撃体が前記第1の打撃面を打撃するときに少なくとも部分的に真空状態となる室を含む、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 戻り止めをさらに備え、

- 前記弾性手段が弾性材料で形成された、請求項14に記載の衝撃付与器具。
- 動作中に空気を排出するための通気孔を有する打撃体案内部をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の衝撃付与器具。
