(1) 電動整形外科用衝撃子と外科用器具との間をインターフェースするように構成されているアダプタであって、

前記アダプタが、外部用具を使用することなく、前記外科用器具及び前記整形外科用衝撃子に接続するように構成されている、アダプタ。
(2) 前記アダプタの先端と前記整形外科用衝撃子との間のインジケータ実指示(TIR)が5mm未満である、実施態様1に記載のアダプタ。
(3) 前記アダプタの重量が、前記整形外科用衝撃子内のストライカの重量未満である、実施態様1に記載のアダプタ。
(4) 前記アダプタの前記重量が、前記整形外科用衝撃子の重量の40%未満である、実施態様3に記載のアダプタ。
(5) アダプタ伝達関数が60%を超える、実施態様1に記載のアダプタ。
往復スリーブを備え、
前記アダプタが、押し込み動作を介して前記整形外科用衝撃子に接続するように構成されており、
前記アダプタが、前記往復スリーブを介して前記整形外科用衝撃子から接続解除されるように構成されている、アダプタ。
(7) 前記アダプタが、前記整形外科用衝撃子の軸に沿って少なくとも4つの向きで前記整形外科用衝撃子の中に挿入されるように構成されている、実施態様6に記載のアダプタ。
(8) 前記整形外科用衝撃子に通信して前記整形外科用衝撃子の周波数、エネルギー、又はスロー(throw)のうちの1つを変更する通信機構を更に備える、実施態様6に記載のアダプタ。
(9) 前記アダプタが前記電動整形外科用衝撃子に接続されていることを示す可聴の又は視覚的な合図を前記アダプタが生成する、実施態様6に記載のアダプタ。
(10) 前方向への、前記整形外科用衝撃子からの衝撃エネルギーを、少なくとも20%だけ低減させる緩衝装置を更に備える、実施態様6に記載のアダプタ。
(12) 前記歯が、前記衝撃子の前方衝撃及び後方衝撃の両方で骨を切削するように構成されている双方向切削歯を含む、実施態様11に記載のアダプタ。
(13) 前記外科用器具が、外科用移植片の接着結合のために利用可能な表面積を増加させるように適合されている、実施態様6に記載のアダプタ。
(14) 前記外科用器具が、前記衝撃子の軸に対して直線的に切削するための少なくとも1つの切削面又は歯を含む、実施態様6に記載のアダプタ。
(15) 衝撃子とインターフェースするためのアダプタであって、
少なくとも1つの基準点に対する、前記アダプタの空間的な向きを伝達するように構成されているセンサであって、前記基準点が、前記アダプタ又は前記衝撃子上に位置していない、センサ、を備えるアダプタ。
前記アダプタに取り付けられた前記外科用器具の種類に基づいて、周波数情報又は衝撃エネルギー情報を前記電動整形外科用衝撃子に伝達するように構成されている通信デバイスを備える、アダプタ。
(17) 前記アダプタが、前記通信デバイスを介して、前記外科用器具から前記外科用器具の前記種類を示す情報を受け取るように構成されている、実施態様16に記載のアダプタ。
(18) 前記通信デバイスが無線で動作する、実施態様17に記載のアダプタ。
(19) 前記外科用器具が前記アダプタと一体化されており、前記アダプタから取り外し可能ではない、実施態様16に記載のアダプタ。
Claims (19)
- 電動整形外科用衝撃子と外科用器具との間をインターフェースするように構成されているアダプタであって、
前方衝撃エネルギーを伝達するための第1の表面と、
逆向き衝撃エネルギーを伝達するための第2の表面と、を備え、
前記アダプタが、外部用具を使用することなく、前記外科用器具及び前記整形外科用衝撃子に接続するように構成されている、アダプタ。 - 前記アダプタの先端と前記整形外科用衝撃子との間のインジケータ実指示(TIR)が5mm未満である、請求項1に記載のアダプタ。
- 前記アダプタの重量が、前記整形外科用衝撃子内のストライカの重量未満である、請求項1に記載のアダプタ。
