Claims (11)
- タバコ製品、特にフィルタ付き紙巻タバコのための拡散最適化マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)を、一酸化炭素を最大限減少させる目的で前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)のウェブを穿孔することにより製造する方法において、
前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)のウェブが、穿孔装置によって穿孔されて、当該穿孔装置が前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)のウェブに穿孔を形成し、
前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)のウェブにおいて濃度の差によって一酸化炭素を通過させる能力を示す実際の拡散率が、前記穿孔装置の下流にある測定装置によって計量的に取得された前記ウェブの少なくとも一つのパラメータにより決定され、当該パラメータが;前記穿孔の数;前記穿孔の密度;前記穿孔のサイズ;を含むパラメータのグループから選択され、
前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)のウェブにおいて圧力の差によって空気を通過させる能力を示す実際の透過率Pが、前記穿孔装置の下流において測定装置により測定され、
前記穿孔装置における穿孔についてのパラメータを調整することによって、前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)の実際の透過率Pを、前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)の目標となる名目上の透過率Psollに常に合致させる一方で、前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)の実際の拡散率を最大化させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、達成される通気度、引きずり抵抗、および/または煙数値をあらかじめ定義することによって、目標となる前記名目上の透過率Psollがあらかじめ定義されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、穿孔の数もしくは穿孔の密度および/または穿孔の孔径Dに基づいて、実際の拡散率が近似的に決定されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法において、ペーパ厚さdが追加的に測定されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法において、達成可能な最小孔径Dminが設定され、かつ前記穿孔の数nを調整することによって実際の透過率Pが一定に保たれるように前記穿孔のパラメータが制御されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、使用されている前記マウスピースライニングペーパ(4)の前記達成可能な最小孔径Dminが、前記穿孔パラメータの自動または手動での変更によって調整フェーズにおいて決定されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法において、前記穿孔が、ガスのイオン化によて生成されるプラズマによって穿孔され、前記イオン化が、ニードル状の電極およびレーザの少なくとも一方により生成されたエネルギーインパルスによって得られ、プラズマのエネルギー密度が、少なくとも1つのエネルギー源のエネルギーインパルスのおよそ50%〜80%のみが穿孔につながる程度まで低減され、および引き続いて前記穿孔パラメータが、前記プラズマの前記エネルギー密度の変更のために、実際の透過率Pの実際の値が目標となる前記名目上の透過率Psollと等しいところで前記穿孔の数または前記穿孔の密度がそれぞれ得られるように制御されるように、前記穿孔の孔寸法が最小化されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、前記ガスがノズルを通して供給され、前記孔寸法を調整することが、以下の手段:ガス圧を変更すること、ガス流量を変更すること、ガス組成を変更すること、特に不活性ガスの濃度を変更すること、ノズルの開口領域を変更すること、前記エネルギー源の先端が前記ノズルから突出する距離を変更すること、ウェブ速度を変更することのうちの1つまたは複数によって確定されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項8または9に記載の方法において、電極(2)の電圧インパルスの周波数、持続時間、および/または振幅が変更されるように、または1つもしくは複数のレーザ光線(6)の光インパルスの出力、焦点距離、周波数、持続時間、および/または形状が変更されるように、穿孔につながる前記少なくとも1つのエネルギー源のエネルギーインパルスの数を調整することが実行されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項3または請求項3を引用する請求項4乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法において、穿孔が複数の穿孔ヘッドによって同時に実行され、それぞれの作製される孔の前記孔径Dが決定され、データ処理システムにおいて、各穿孔ヘッドに、それによって作製される前記孔の直径が割り当てられることを特徴とする、方法。
