Claims (2)
- 板体の上面にディスペンサによって液状成形材料を塗布して所定のパターンで無端状に延びる塗布層を形成する工程と、
下面に前記塗布層と対応する所定のパターンで無端状に延びる成形溝を有する成形治具を前記板体の上に重ね、前記塗布層の断面形状を前記成形溝と対応する断面形状に補正してこの塗布層を硬化させる工程と、
を備え、成形治具は、前記板体と前記液状成形材料との接着部から離れた位置に、前記成形溝内から押し出される前記液状成形材料によるバリを形成可能なバリ溝を有することを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。 - 液状成形材料が紫外線硬化型液状ゴムからなり、成形治具が透明板からなり、塗布層の硬化が前記成形治具を介して前記塗布層に紫外線を照射することによりなされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスケットの製造方法。
