Description
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関(1)のオイルパン(3)からオイルを潤滑油回路またはトランスミッションへ圧送するための、自動車用の圧送装置(2)であって、機械的な直接駆動装置(6)と切換可能な電気駆動装置(7)とにより駆動可能なオイルポンプ(5)を備えており、ロータ(13)と、該ロータ(13)を取り囲む回転体部分(14)とを備えた前記オイルポンプ(5)は、互いに相対的に可動な2つのオイル圧送用の構成部材を有していることになり、前記機械的な直接駆動装置(6)は、前記互いに相対的に可動な各構成部材のうちの第1の構成部材と結合されており、前記切換可能な電気駆動装置(7)は、前記互いに相対的に可動な各構成部材のうちの第2の構成部材と結合している、圧送装置において、
前記直接駆動装置(6)を介した前記オイルポンプ(5)の能力は、前記内燃機関(1)の中回転数または高回転数および運転温度における作業点に合わせて設定されており、前記オイルポンプ(5)の能力を実際の要求にまで上げるために、前記切換可能な電気駆動装置(7)は制御装置(9)に接続されており、
前記オイルポンプ(5)の吐出側(15)を周囲から隔離しているケーシングポット(16)が、前記切換可能な電気駆動装置(7)の軸部(17)に通じるネック(18)を有しており、該ネック(18)は前記軸部(17)と相対回動不能に結合されておりかつ前記オイルポンプ(5)のケーシング部分(21)に対してシールされている、
ことを特徴とする、圧送装置。 - 前記オイルポンプ(5)は、流れ方向で見て流出通路(25)の上流側の過剰圧力弁(26)を有する、請求項1記載の圧送装置。
- 前記制御装置(9)は、前記切換可能な電気駆動装置(7)用に、前記オイルポンプ(5)の能力を低下させるための発電機モードを有している、請求項1または2記載の圧送装置。
- 前記切換可能な電気駆動装置(7)により駆動される前記構成部材は、前記直接駆動装置(6)により発生されるトルクを支持するためのフリーホイール(19)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の圧送装置。
- 前記フリーホイール(19)は、前記切換可能な電気駆動装置(7)の駆動軸をケーシング部分に対して支持している、請求項4記載の圧送装置。
- 前記オイルポンプ(5)は、互いに反対の側に位置する2つの行程容積(29,30)を備えたダブルストロークベーンポンプ(28)として形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の圧送装置。
- 前記ダブルストロークベーンポンプ(28)は、半径方向外側の前記回転体部分(14)に向かって羽根(32)に予荷重を加えるための固定のガイド部材(33)を有している、請求項6記載の圧送装置。
- 前記固定のガイド部材(33)は、前記ロータ(13)内に突入している、請求項7記載の圧送装置。
- 前記ネック(18)は軸部(17)として形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の圧送装置。
