Claims (4)
- 外周に円筒状のポンプ室形成部を備えて円盤状に形成され、前記ポンプ室形成部を通って径方向に延びる複数のスロット部を備えたロータと、
前記複数のスロット部内に前記ポンプ室形成部を通って外径方向に突出移動自在にそれぞれ配設される複数のベーンと、
前記ロータにその中心を通って取り付けられる駆動軸と、
前記ロータを収容するロータ収容空間を備えたベーンケースと、
前記ベーンケースを収容するケース収容空間を備えたケース収容ハウジングとを備えて構成され、
前記スロット部内に前記ベーンを配設するとともに前記駆動軸を取り付けた前記ロータを、前記駆動軸を前記ベーンケースから外部に突出させるとともに前記ロータおよび前記ベーンを前記駆動軸を中心として回転自在に且つ前記駆動軸と直角な方向に相対移動自在に前記ロータ収容空間内に収容して一体ベーンケースを構成し、
前記ベーンケースから外部に突出する前記駆動軸を前記ケース収容ハウジングにより回転自在に支持して前記一体ベーンケースを前記ケース収容空間内に収容し、前記ベーンケースを前記ケース収容空間内で前記駆動軸と直角な方向に相対移動自在に支持し、
前記ロータ収容空間における前記ポンプ室形成部より内径側に位置して前記ベーンケースに軸方向内方に突出するリング状の係合突起が設けられ、前記ベーンの内径側の側面部に内方に窪んだ係合凹部が形成されており、前記一体ベーンケース内において前記係合突起が前記係合凹部に突入して係合し、前記ロータの回転に応じて前記ベーンを前記ロータ収容空間の内周面に近接した状態でこの内周面に沿って移動させるように構成され、
前記ロータ収容空間の内周面と前記ポンプ形成部の外周面とに囲まれた空間を前記複数のベーンにより区画して複数のポンプ室を形成するように構成されたことを特徴とするベーン式油圧装置。 - 前記ケース収容空間内において前記ベーンケースを前記駆動軸と直角な方向に相対移動させることにより、前記ロータに対する前記ベーンケースの偏芯量を変化させて、前記ポンプ室の容量を変化させることが可能に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーン式油圧装置。
- 前記ケース収容ハウジングは、前記ケース収容空間内において前記ベーンケースを前記駆動軸と直角な方向の相対移動方向の一方側に付勢する付勢部材を備え、
前記ポンプ室から吐出された流体の流体圧を前記ベーンケースに作用させることで、前記付勢部材による付勢力に抗して前記ベーンケースを他方側に押圧するように構成され、前記付勢部材の付勢力と前記流体圧とのバランスに応じて前記ケース収容空間内において前記ベーンケースを前記駆動軸と直角な方向に相対移動させることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載のベーン式油圧装置。 - 前記ロータ収容空間の内周面は円形に形成されており、
前記ロータ収容空間に設けられた前記係合突起は、前記ロータ収容空間の内周面と同心に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のベーン式油圧装置。
