それ故本発明の課題は、ロールスタビライザの過負荷を識別するための自動車のための方法を提案することである。
前記課題は、請求項1の特徴部分に係る本発明による方法によって解決される。請求項1に従属する請求項は、請求項1に係る本発明の方法の有利な実施形態を表している。

Claims (8)
- 介在的に設けられた回転駆動部を用いて相互に所定の捻り角度分だけ相対的に捻り可能な2つのスタビライザ部品を備え、捻り可能に車体に支持されたロールスタビライザの過負荷を識別するための自動車の運転のための方法であって、
前記回転駆動部によって消費された回転モーメント(M)に等価的な特性量と捻り角度(Φ)の関係を求め、
前記関係が所定の許容範囲外にある場合に、過負荷を確定する、方法において、
前記回転モーメント(M)と前記捻り角度(Φ)とから、捻り角度特性曲線(2)を、該捻り角度特性曲線(2)から離間しかつ低減された回転モーメント(M)を伴う許容特性曲線(3)と共に形成し、前記許容特性曲線(3)に対応する捻り角度(Φ)のもとで前記許容特性曲線(3)の回転モーメント(M)を下回った場合に過負荷を確定することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記等価的な特性量は、前記回転駆動部の回転モーメントを検出する回転モーメントセンサを用いて求められる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記等価的な特性量は、油圧式回転駆動部の回転モーメントを供給するための圧力を検出する圧力センサを用いて求められるか、または電気機械式回転駆動部の少なくとも1つの電気的特性量を用いて求められる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記等価的な特性量は、前記車体における前記ロールスタビライザの支持部に設けられた、当該車体に対する当該ロールスタビライザの支持力を検出する力センサを用いて求められる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 動作特性量と複数のセンサとから形成される、前記自動車の車両モデルに基づいて、前記車体に対する前記ロールスタビライザの支持力を求め、当該求められた支持力によって前記等価的な特性量を形成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記捻り角度(Φ)は、前記回転駆動部の内部捻り角度(Φintern)から前記スタビライザ部品の端部にて求められた外部捻り角度(Φextern)を割り引くことによって求められる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記捻り角度(Φ)が、予め定められた最大捻り角度(Φmax)を越えた場合に、過負荷を確定する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 摩擦に起因する基準トルク(Mg)を上回る回転モーメント(M)のもとで、捻り角度(Φ)が予め定めた捻り角度(Φi)よりも大きい場合に、過負荷の識別を開始する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
