Description
負極活物質として黒鉛及び酸化ケイ素(SiO)(重量比で97:3)、導電材(Denka black)、水系バインダー(SBR/CMC)を97:0.5:2.5の重量比で蒸留水に入れてミキシングして、負極合剤を製造し、銅ホイルにコーティングした後、圧延及び乾燥して負極を製造した。
電解液添加剤としてVC2重量%及びFEC5重量%を使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で二次電池を製造した。
電解液添加剤としてVC0.5重量%及びFEC5重量%を使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で二次電池を製造した。
体積比を基準としてEC:EP:DEC=4:1:5である溶媒に1MのLiPF6が入っている電解液、電解質の全重量を基準として、電解液添加剤としてVC2重量%及びFEC5重量%を使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で二次電池を製造した。
電解液添加剤としてVC2重量%及びFEC1重量%を使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で二次電池を製造した。
前記実施例1、2及び比較例1によって製造された二次電池を、2.7V〜4.35Vの領域で1C/1Cで充放電を行い、サイクルによる充放電容量の変化、及び電池の厚さを測定して、下記の図1に示す。
前記実施例3及び比較例2によって製造された二次電池を、2.7V〜4.35Vの領域で1C/1Cで充放電を行い、サイクルによる充放電容量の変化を測定して、下記の図2に示す。
Claims (5)
- 正極活物質を含む正極合剤が集電体に塗布されている正極と、
負極活物質を含む負極合剤が集電体に塗布されている負極であって、前記負極活物質が炭素系材料及びケイ素系化合物を含む、負極と、
リチウム塩、非水系溶媒、ビニレンカーボネート(VC)及びフルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)からなる電解液を含み、前記非水系溶媒は環状カーボネート及び線状溶媒からなり、
前記炭素系材料は黒鉛(graphite)であり、前記ケイ素系化合物は酸化ケイ素(SiO)であり、前記炭素系材料:前記ケイ素系化合物の混合比が重量比で90:10〜99:1の範囲であり、
前記正極活物質は、LiCoO 2 であり、
前記環状カーボネート:前記線状溶媒の混合比が体積比で1:1〜1:3であり、前記線状溶媒は線状カーボネート系化合物とプロピオネート系化合物の混合物からなり、
前記ビニレンカーボネート(VC)の含量は、電解質の全重量を基準として1.0重量%以上〜4.0重量%以下であり、前記フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)の含量は、電解質の全重量を基準として2重量%以上〜7重量%以下であることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記酸化ケイ素(SiO)は、二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)と非晶質シリコンが重量比を基準として1:1の混合比で含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記環状カーボネートは、エチレンカーボネート(EC)、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)、及びブチレンカーボネート(BC)からなる群から選択される1つ以上であり、前記線状溶媒は、ジメチルカーボネート(DMC)、ジエチルカーボネート(DEC)、及びエチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)からなる群から選択される1つ以上の線状カーボネート系化合物と、メチルプロピオネート(MP)及びエチルプロピオネート(EP)からなる群から選択される1つ以上であるプロピオネート系化合物を5:1の体積比で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はリチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1に記載の二次電池を1つ以上含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
