Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態によるキャパシタの構成を示した断面図である。図2は、図1に示したキャパシタの封口部分を示した要部断面図である。図3は、図1に示したキャパシタに使用される素子の両端面の電極に集電板を接合する前の状態を示した斜視図である。
電解液Lは、イミダゾリウムであるカチオンを含むアミジン塩、例えばEDMI−BF4より加水分解性が低く、かつ、電極での反応電位が高い電解質塩を、溶媒及び電解液の抵抗を下げる副溶媒に溶解したものであり、金属ケース5及び端子板4によって画成されるセル内に充填される。電解液Lは、セパレータに含浸されるように充填するとともに、使用期間中に気化する電解液分を余剰電解液として予めセル内に充填される。したがって、電解液Lには、鉛直方向に対し垂直に液面が形成される。

Claims (2)
- イミダゾリウムであるカチオンを含むアミジン塩より加水分解性が低く、かつ、電極での反応電位が高い電解質塩を、溶媒及び電解液の抵抗を下げる副溶媒に溶解した電解液がセル内に充填され、
前記電解質塩は、4級アンモニウム塩であるトリエチルメチルアンモニウムテトラフルオロボレートであり、
前記溶媒はプロピレンカーボネートであり、
前記副溶媒はジメチルカーボネートであり、
使用期間中に気化する電解液分を余剰電解液として予め前記セル内に充填しておき、
前記セルの内圧を調整する圧力調整機構を備え、
前記余剰電解液は、セルの中心軸が鉛直軸から、水平面との間で、所定角度傾いた場合、前記電解液の液面がセルの封止部から所定距離以上離隔する量であり、
前記所定角度は、車両に許容される最大傾斜角度であることを特徴とするキャパシタ。 - 請求項1に記載のキャパシタを複数配置して電気的に接続したことを特徴とするキャパシタモジュール。
