Claims (18)
- それぞれ発光部及び非発光部を有するサブ画素を複数個備えた基板と、
少なくとも前記各サブ画素の発光部を覆う第1電極と、
前記第1電極の縁部と重なり、前記非発光部に備えられたバンクと、
前記発光部の第1電極及び前記非発光部のバンク上に位置する第1共通層と、
前記バンク上の第1共通層上に接し、電子輸送物質からなる補助パターンと、
前記補助パターン及び前記第1共通層上に備えられた第2共通層と、
前記各サブ画素において前記各第2共通層上に位置した発光層とを含む、有機発光表示パネル。 - 前記補助パターンは、前記第1共通層のHOMOエネルギー準位よりも0.4eV〜0.8eV低いHOMOエネルギー準位を有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記第2共通層は正孔輸送物質を含み、前記第2共通層は、前記補助パターンのLUMOエネルギー準位及びHOMOエネルギー準位よりもそれぞれ高いLUMOエネルギー準位及びHOMOエネルギー準位を有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記第2共通層は、それぞれ互いに異なる正孔輸送性物質を有する複数層である、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1共通層は正孔注入物質をホストとし、p型ドーパントを含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記補助パターンは、列状のサブ画素に沿ってライン状に備えられた、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記補助パターンの両端に電圧が印加された、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記補助パターンは、単一又は複数個のサブ画素に島状に備えられた、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記基板に備えられたサブ画素に赤色サブ画素、緑色サブ画素及び青色サブ画素を含み、
前記赤色サブ画素に備えられた発光層は赤色発光層であり、
前記緑色サブ画素に備えられた発光層は緑色発光層であり、
前記青色サブ画素に備えられた発光層は青色発光層である、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示パネル。 - 前記補助パターンは、前記青色サブ画素の発光部と前記赤色サブ画素の発光部との境界にのみ備えられた、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記青色発光層は前記第2共通層と接した、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記赤色サブ画素において前記第2共通層と前記赤色発光層との間に第1補助正孔輸送層をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記緑色サブ画素において前記第2共通層と前記緑色発光層との間に第2補助正孔輸送層をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記第1補助正孔輸送層が前記第2補助正孔輸送層よりも厚い、請求項13に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記赤色発光層、緑色発光層及び青色発光層を覆う、第3共通層及び第2電極をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記第3共通層は電子輸送性物質からなる、請求項15に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記第2電極が前記第3共通層と対面する面に電子注入層をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
- 前記基板に備えられたサブ画素に赤色サブ画素、緑色サブ画素、及び青色サブ画素を含み、
各サブ画素に備えられた発光層は白色発光層であり、
前記赤色サブ画素に赤色カラーフィルター層、緑色サブ画素に緑色カラーフィルター層、及び青色サブ画素に青色カラーフィルター層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示パネル。
