Description
22.5×7.50のリムに装着したサイズ11R22.5のタイヤを定積載量10tの車輌に装着して内圧700kPaを充填し、20000kmを走行した後のタイヤのサイプに侵入した小石の数量をカウントして、その逆数を指数化した。指数が大きいほど、石噛みが少なく耐石噛み性能に優れることを示す。
20000kmを走行した後の上記タイヤのサイプを観察し、サイプ底のクラックの数と長さを計測して、その逆数を指数化した。指数が大きいほど、サイプ底のクラックが少なく耐サイプクラック性能に優れることを示す。
50本のタイヤについて加硫工程を実施し、脱型時に金型との密着を生じたタイヤのうち、サイプを形成するためのブレードが原因と判断されたタイヤの本数をカウントし、その逆数を指数化した。指数が大きいほど、金型との密着が少なく脱型性能に優れることを示す。

- トレッド面の陸部に形成されたサイプが、深さ方向に沿って形状が変化する3次元形状に形成された3Dサイプ部と、深さ方向に沿って形状が変化しない2次元形状に形成された2Dサイプ部とを有し、
前記3Dサイプ部は、踏面から深さ方向に延びてサイプ底に到達しない位置で終端し、前記3Dサイプ部の3次元形状は、壁面同士が係合可能な構造を有し、前記2Dサイプ部は、前記3Dサイプ部の終端位置から深さ方向に延びてサイプ底に到達し、
前記3Dサイプ部の3次元形状が、深さ方向の1箇所で屈曲した横向きV字状をなし、
前記サイプの両端が前記陸部内で閉塞している空気入りタイヤ。 - 踏面から前記3Dサイプ部の終端位置までの距離K1が、サイプ深さの20〜70%である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 踏面から前記3Dサイプ部の3次元形状における屈曲部までの距離K2が、前記距離K1の40〜60%である請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
