Claims (15)
- 織物用器具(10)であって、
前記織物用器具は、クロム鋼からなる基体、および材料が異なる変形の程度を示す部分(14、15)を備え、
前記基体は、11重量%〜30重量%のクロム含有量、0.3重量%未満のアルミニウム含有量、0.4重量%以下の銅含有量を有し、残部が鉄及び不可避的不純物からなり、且つ少なくとも1つの表面区域において0.8重量%超の総炭素含有量を有する、
織物用器具。 - 前記基体は、表面から離れたコア区域が0.7重量%以下、0.5重量%以下、または0.3重量%以下の初期炭素含有量を有する浸炭クロム鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の織物用器具。
- 前記基体は、12%以下のニッケル含有量を有するクロム鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の織物用器具。
- 前記基体は、炭化クロムを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の織物用器具。
- 前記基体は、表面に近い区域において、前記表面から離れた区域よりも高い炭素含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の織物用器具。
- 前記基体は、完全にまたは部分的にマルテンサイトからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の織物用器具。
- 前記基体は、細長く、その長さに沿って、異なる程度の変形および/または異なる表面積/体積比を示す部分(14、15)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の織物用器具。
- 前記基体は、より高い程度の変形および/またはより大きな表面積/体積比を示す区域においては、より低い程度の変形および/またはより小さな表面積/体積比を示す区域と比較してより高い硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の織物用器具。
- 前記基体は、より低い程度の変形を示す部分においては、より高い程度の変形を示す部分と比較して深く硬化されないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の織物用器具。
- 織物用器具(10)を提供するための方法であって、
11重量%〜30重量%のクロム含有量、0.3重量%未満のアルミニウム含有量、および0.4重量%以下の銅含有量を有し、残部が鉄及び不可避的不純物からなるクロム鋼の器具のブランクを提供するステップと、
少なくとも1つの作動部(14)および1つのシャンク部(15)の製造のために、前記ブランクの種々の部分を異なる程度の変形によって変形させるステップと、
前記器具のブランクを炭化クロム形成下で浸炭するステップと、
前記浸炭した器具のブランクに焼き入れ温度を適用するステップと、
マルテンサイトの形成のために前記器具のブランクを焼き入れするステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記作動部(14)における前記器具のブランクの前記変形は、前記器具の断面全体における材料の流れおよび/または材料のアブレーションを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 浸炭は、900℃〜1050℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項10および請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 浸炭は、炭素含有担体ガスを用いて行われることを特徴とする、請求項10〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 焼き入れ温度は、浸炭に用いられる温度よりも高いか、それと等しいか、またはそれよりも低い温度であることを特徴とする、請求項10〜請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 焼き入れは、前記器具のブランクを凍結させることを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10〜請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
