Claims (4)
- 鋼材を用いて作られる金型となるべき熱処理対象物に対し、
前記熱処理対象物を熱処理炉内に搬入して真空の熱処理炉内に炭素源を導入し第1の所定温度下で加熱する真空浸炭処理を行い、
前記真空浸炭処理に用いる炭素源を除去し、
前記熱処理対象物を真空の熱処理炉内で第1の所定温度より高い第2の所定温度に加熱し、
その後、焼き入れ処理及び焼戻し処理を順次行い前記熱処理対象物の表面から1.6mmの部位まで550HV以上の硬度を得、
前記熱処理対象物の表面を切削加工する仕上げ処理を行って、またはそのような仕上げ処理を行わずに、当該熱処理対象物の表面を窒化処理する熱処理方法。 - 前記第1の所定温度を950~1000℃に設定し、
前記第2の所定温度を1000~1050℃に設定し、
前記焼戻し処理の温度を600℃以上に設定する請求項1記載の熱処理方法。 - 鋼材を用いて作られる金型となるべき熱処理対象物に対し、
前記熱処理対象物を熱処理炉内に搬入して真空の熱処理炉内に炭素源を導入し第1の所定温度下で加熱する真空浸炭処理を行い、
前記真空浸炭処理に用いる炭素源を除去し、
前記熱処理対象物を真空の熱処理炉内で第1の所定温度より高い第2の所定温度に加熱し、
その後、焼き入れ処理及び焼戻し処理を順次行い前記熱処理対象物の表面から1.6mmの部位まで550HV以上の硬度を得、
前記熱処理対象物の表面を切削加工する仕上げ処理を行って、またはそのような仕上げ処理を行わずに、当該熱処理対象物の表面を窒化処理することを特徴とする金型の製造方法。 - 前記第1の所定温度を950~1000℃に設定し、
前記第2の所定温度を1000~1050℃に設定し、
前記焼戻し処理の温度を600℃以上に設定する請求項3記載の金型の製造方法。
