Claims (5)
- 熱処理対象物に対し、第1の所定温度下で浸炭処理を行い、
浸炭処理に用いる炭素源を除去し、
第1の所定温度より高い第2の所定温度に加熱し、
その後、焼き入れ処理及び焼戻し処理を順次行う
熱処理方法。 - 熱処理対象物である熱間工具鋼により作成される金型となるべき物に対し、浸炭処理を行い、
その後、焼き入れ処理及び焼戻し処理を順次行う
熱処理方法。 - 焼戻し処理を600℃以上で行う請求項1又は2記載の熱処理方法。
- 熱処理対象物に焼戻し処理を行った後、窒化処理を行う請求項1、2又は3記載の熱処理方法。
- 請求項1、2、3又は4記載の熱処理方法により形成された加工物。
