・変速機4の入力回転速度(=プライマリプーリ21の回転速度)を検出する入力回転速度センサ42からの信号
・変速機4の出力回転速度(∝車速)を検出する出力回転速度センサ43からの信号
・ライン圧PLを検出するライン圧センサ44からの信号
・プライマリ圧Ppriを検出するプライマリ圧センサ45からの信号
・セカンダリ圧Psecを検出するセカンダリ圧センサ46からの信号
・セレクトレバーの位置を検出するインヒビタスイッチ47からの信号
・セカンダリプーリ22の回転速度であるセカンダリ回転速度Nsecを検出するセカンダリ回転速度センサ48からの信号
・エンジンコントローラ13からエンジン1の運転状態(回転速度、トルク)を示す信号
が含まれる。
Claims (4)
- ベルト無段変速機であって、
セカンダリプーリに供給されるセカンダリ圧がセカンダリ指示圧となるよう調整するセカンダリ圧調圧弁と、
前記セカンダリ圧を検出するセカンダリ圧センサと、
前記ベルト無段変速機の入力回転速度を検出する入力回転速度センサと、
コントローラと、
を備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記入力回転速度センサの検出値に基づき前記入力回転速度センサが故障しているか判断し、
前記入力回転速度センサが故障していると判断した場合は前記セカンダリ指示圧を所定の高圧にするフェイルセーフ制御を実行するととともに、前記セカンダリ指示圧と前記セカンダリ圧センサの検出値との差に基づく前記セカンダリ圧調圧弁の故障判断を禁止する、
ように構成されるベルト無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載のベルト無段変速機であって、
プライマリプーリに供給されるプライマリ圧がプライマリ指示圧となるよう調整するプライマリ圧調圧弁を備え、
前記プライマリ圧調圧弁と前記セカンダリ圧調圧弁は、同じライン圧を元圧としてそれぞれ前記プライマリ圧、前記セカンダリ圧を調整する調圧弁である、
ベルト無段変速機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のベルト無段変速機であって、
前記コントローラは、イグニッションキーがオフになると前記フェイルセーフ制御を解除するようさらに構成される、
ベルト無段変速機。 - セカンダリプーリに供給されるセカンダリ圧がセカンダリ指示圧となるよう調整するセカンダリ圧調圧弁と、前記セカンダリ圧を検出するセカンダリ圧センサと、
ベルト無段変速機の入力回転速度を検出する入力回転速度センサと、を備えたベルト無段変速機における故障判断方法であって、
前記入力回転速度センサの検出値に基づき前記入力回転速度センサが故障しているか判断し、
前記入力回転速度センサが故障していると判断した場合は前記セカンダリ指示圧を所定の高圧にするフェイルセーフ制御を実行するととともに、前記セカンダリ指示圧と前記セカンダリ圧センサの検出値との差に基づく前記セカンダリ圧調圧弁の故障判断を禁止する、
故障判断方法。
