Description
実施例で製造された金属‐樹脂複合体を万能引張試験機(Instron3343)を用いて、引張速度10mm/分でせん断破壊力を測定した。
一次及び二次処理工程において、EDTA及びアミド酸を添加しなかった以外は、すべての工程を実施例1と同様に行った。

Claims (9)
- 表面エッチングされた金属合金材を準備する段階と、
前記エッチングされた金属合金材の表面に樹脂組成物を射出成形して、前記金属合金材と前記樹脂組成物を一体化させる段階と、を含み、
前記金属合金材を準備する段階は、
i)金属合金材をキレート剤を添加したアルカリ性水溶液で処理する一次処理工程と、
ii)キレート剤及びアミド酸を添加した酸性水溶液でエッチングする二次処理工程と、を含む、金属‐樹脂複合体の製造方法。 - 金属合金が、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム合金及びマグネシウム合金から選択されるいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載の金属‐樹脂複合体の製造方法。
- キレート剤が、アルカリ性水溶液又は酸性水溶液100重量部に対して、0.001〜0.5重量部添加される、請求項1に記載の金属‐樹脂複合体の製造方法。
- アミド酸が、酸性水溶液100重量部に対して、0.01〜0.1重量部添加される、請求項1に記載の金属‐樹脂複合体の製造方法。

- エッチング工程が、5〜15重量%濃度の酸性水溶液、50〜80℃の温度及び3〜10分の処理時間の条件下で行われる、請求項6に記載の金属‐樹脂複合体の製造方法。
- 金属合金材を準備する段階は、一次処理工程の前工程として、脱脂工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の金属‐樹脂複合体の製造方法。
