Description
本出願は、2013年3月13日に出願した米国特許仮出願第61/779,177号、名称「Non−Replicative Transduction Particles and Transduction Particle−Based Reporter Systems」に対する優先権を主張する、2013年3月13日に出願した米国特許出願第13/802,461号、名称「Systems and Methods for Detection of Cells using Engineered Transduction Particles」に対する優先権を主張するものであり、それぞれ、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (19)

前記シャッターは、第1のシャッター位置と第2のシャッター位置との間で前記筺体内に移動可能に配置される部分を有し、前記シャッターのシール表面及び前記筺体の前記第2のシール表面は、前記シャッターが前記第1のシャッター位置にあるときに、前記筺体の前記チャネルから前記検出容積を隔離するように構成され、前記筺体の前記チャネルは、前記シャッターが前記第2のシャッター位置にあるときに、前記検出容積と連通し、
前記シャッターは、較正光源を含む較正ポートを画定し、前記較正ポートは、前記シャッターが前記第1のシャッター位置にあるときに、前記検出容積と連通すると共に前記較正光源を前記検出器と連通させ、前記較正ポートは、前記シャッターが前記第2のシャッター位置にあるときに、前記検出容積から隔離される、装置。 - 前記第1のシール表面は、ガスケットを含む、請求項1に記載の前記装置。
- 前記シャッターは、前記試料容器の前記第2の部分が前記検出容積の外側の前記チャネル内にあるときに、前記第1のシャッター位置にあり、前記シャッターは、前記試料容器の前記第2の部分が前記検出容積内にあるときに、前記第2のシャッター位置にある、請求項1又は2に記載の前記装置。
- 前記シャッターは、前記試料容器の前記第2の部分に係合して、前記シャッターを前記第1のシャッター位置から前記第2のシャッター位置に移動させるように構成される、作動表面を含む、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の前記装置。
- 前記シャッターは、前記試料容器の前記第2の部分が前記チャネル内で前記検出容器に向かって移動して前記シャッターを前記第2のシャッター位置に向かって移動させるときに、前記試料容器の前記第2の部分に係合するように構成される傾斜路を含む、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の前記装置。
- 前記シャッターは、前記チャネルの縦軸に沿った方向に前記筺体内を平行移動するように構成される、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の前記装置。
- シャッターを前記第1のシャッター位置に向かって付勢するように構成されるバイアス部材をさらに備える、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の前記装置。
- 前記光源は、発光ダイオード(LED)又はレーザーを含むと共に光導体を含む、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の前記装置。
- 検出器アセンブリを備える装置であって、
前記検出器アセンブリは、筺体、検出器、及びシャッターを備え、
前記筺体は、第1の部分および第2の部分を有する試料容器を受け取るように構成されるチャネルを画定すると共に、前記チャネルを前記検出器と連通して配置するように構成される検出容積を画定し、前記筺体は、シール表面を含み、

前記作動部分は、前記試料容器の前記第2の部分に係合して、前記試料容器の前記第2の部分が前記検出容積に向かって移動するときに、前記シャッターを前記チャネルの縦軸に平行な方向に沿って前記第1のシャッター位置から前記第2のシャッター位置に移動させるように構成され、
