図1に示すように、コイル材1から送り出された帯状薄鋼板2は接着剤塗布装置3で接着剤を塗布された後、金型装置6で所定の形状に打ち抜かれるという工程を経るが、その詳細について以下に説明する。

Claims (6)
- 金型装置において帯状薄鋼板から所定形状に打ち抜かれた鉄芯を積層して互いに接着するために上記金型装置の直前で当該帯状薄鋼板に接着剤を塗布する装置であって、帯状薄鋼板の接着剤塗布面に向けて接着剤を吐出する吐出孔を備える接着剤吐出部と、上記接着剤吐出部を収容する接着剤容器と、上記接着剤吐出部に対して所定圧力で接着剤を供給する接着剤供給部とを有し、帯状薄鋼板が所定形状に打ち抜かれるタイミングにおいて帯状薄鋼板が接着剤容器に当接した際に、上記帯状薄鋼板に当接する接着剤容器の端面に対して内側に離間している接着剤の吐出孔から吐出される接着剤を帯状薄鋼板に塗布する接着剤塗布装置において、上記接着剤吐出部は接着剤容器に固定され、不要な接着剤を帯状薄鋼板に塗布しないように接着剤容器を昇降させずに帯状薄鋼板を昇降させることが可能な手段を有することを特徴とする接着剤塗布装置。
- 接着剤容器は帯状薄鋼板の上側又は下側にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接着剤塗布装置。
- 接着剤容器は、吐出孔が複数設けられ、当該複数の吐出孔が連通する接着剤溜まりを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の接着剤塗布装置。
- 接着剤容器と、帯状薄鋼板を昇降させることが可能な手段とを、一体に昇降させ得る昇降装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の接着剤塗布装置。
- 接着剤容器に発熱体を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の接着剤塗布装置。
- 金型装置において帯状薄鋼板から所定形状に打ち抜かれた鉄芯を積層して互いに接着するために上記金型装置の直前で当該帯状薄鋼板に接着剤を塗布する方法であって、帯状薄鋼板の接着剤塗布面に向けて接着剤を吐出する吐出孔を備える接着剤吐出部と、上記接着剤吐出部を収容する接着剤容器と、上記接着剤吐出部に対して所定圧力で接着剤を供給する接着剤供給部と、不要な接着剤を帯状薄鋼板に塗布しないように接着剤容器を昇降させずに帯状薄鋼板を昇降させることが可能な手段とを有し、上記接着剤吐出部は接着剤容器に固定され、帯状薄鋼板が所定形状に打ち抜かれるタイミングにおいて帯状薄鋼板が接着剤容器に当接した際に、上記帯状薄鋼板に当接する接着剤容器の端面に対して内側に離間している接着剤の吐出孔から吐出される接着剤を帯状薄鋼板に塗布することを特徴とする接着剤塗布方法。
