Abstract

本發明提供一種不會導致設備成本上升,且可根據需要將足量之接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板之接著劑塗布裝置、及具有此接著劑塗布裝置之積層鐵芯之製造裝置與製造方法。於同一行程內具有複數個接著劑塗布裝置(3)與(4),且上述同一行程內之複數個接著劑塗布裝置(3)與(4)可同時或於不同時期,分別獨立地將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板2之同一面之不同部分。

Description

接著劑塗布裝置
本發明係關於一種接著劑塗布裝置及具有此接著劑塗布裝置之積層鐵芯之製造裝置與製造方法。
本發明係關於一種接著劑塗布裝置及具有此接著劑塗布裝置之積層鐵芯之製造裝置與製造方法,尤其關於一種用以將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板之接著劑塗布裝置、及將自利用接著劑塗布裝置塗布有接著劑之帶狀薄鋼板沖壓成特定形狀之鐵芯薄板積層的積層鐵芯之製造裝置與製造方法。
旋轉電機用之積層鐵芯一般藉由以電磁鋼板之窄帶材(帶狀薄鋼板)為素材,將該帶狀薄鋼板依序送給至模具裝置而製造。於模具裝置中,對帶狀薄鋼板依序進行導向孔或插槽部、內徑齒等之特定的沖壓加工而連續地形成鐵芯薄板,並使沖壓後之鐵芯薄板積層特定片數而固定,藉此製造積層鐵芯。於鐵芯薄板之固定時,雖亦存在預先於各鐵芯薄板形成鉚接用之凹凸且於積層時使之壓接而鉚接結合的積層鉚接法、或於積層後藉由雷射焊接等將鐵芯薄板結合之積層焊接法,但因不易產生結合部位之磁性特性之劣化等,故廣泛提案有一種於模具裝置內將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板之 表面,且與沖壓同時使鐵芯薄板積層並接著的積層接著法。
例如,於專利文獻1中,記載有一種積層鐵芯之製造裝置,其如圖10所示,於前半沖壓步驟中,對窄帶材W依序實施導向孔P之沖壓加工(1)、內形下孔d1之沖壓加工(2)、插槽部S之沖壓加工(3)、內形d之沖壓加工(4)、內形槽(齒)m之沖壓加工(5),藉此形成除外形之外之鐵芯薄板31之基本形狀,接著,依序實施接著劑塗布步驟(6)、外形沖壓固定(7)、旋轉積層步驟(8)及加熱步驟(9)。於該積層鐵芯之製造裝置中,記載有如下一種情況,為了如圖11所示,於積層鐵芯32具有複數個剖面形狀之情形,可根據積層鐵芯32中塗布對象面積所需之接著力塗布適量之接著劑,而如圖12所示,中斷第1~第3接著劑儲存槽33~35中對第2接著劑儲存槽34之接著劑之供給。
又,於專利文獻2中,記載有一種馬達製造裝置,其具備轉子與定子,該轉子藉由使因將軋製之電磁鋼板沖壓形成之複數個轉子芯積層並鉚接固定而獲得,該定子藉由使因將軋製之電磁鋼板沖壓形成之複數個定子芯積層並鉚接固定而獲得。
再者,於專利文獻3中,記載有一種積層鐵芯之製造裝置,其如圖14所示,依序實施導向孔之沖壓加工(1)、內徑下孔及外形槽用小孔之沖壓加工(2)、插槽部之沖壓加工(3)、內徑之沖壓加工(4)、內徑槽(齒)之沖壓加工(5),藉此形成除外形之外之鐵芯薄板之基本形狀,接著,依序實施接著劑塗布步驟(6)、外形沖壓固定(7)、旋轉積層步驟(8)及加熱步驟 (9)。61為上模具,62為下模具,63為積層鐵芯,該積層鐵芯之製造裝置具有:接著劑塗布裝置65,其為將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板64之下表面,而將升降裝置內置於下模具62內。

然而,於專利文獻1所記載之積層鐵芯之製造裝置中,自中斷或重啟接著劑之供給後至實際停止或開始接著劑之供給為止,存在時間延遲,致使有時於無需塗布之部分附著接著劑,或反之於需要塗布之部分,接著劑不足,進而有產生接著劑之浪費的可能性。
此外,於專利文獻2所記載之馬達製造裝置中,於藉由接著而非鉚接將複數個轉子芯與複數個定子芯積層時,成為如圖13所示之構成。即,如圖13所示,構成為,於自帶狀薄鋼板41沖壓坯料42之後,以輸送間距P沿箭頭43方向輸送帶狀薄鋼板41,且於藉由噴出轉子用接著劑之噴出單元44,將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板41之下表面後,於轉子沖壓積層步驟45中將轉子46沖壓並積層,進而於將定子用開口47沖壓後,於藉由噴出定 子用接著劑之噴出單元48,將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板41之下表面後,於定子沖壓積層步驟49中將定子50沖壓並積層。此處,例如轉子46於製作積層至定子50之積層厚度之大約一半厚度之塊體後,使該塊體旋轉任意角度,欲與同樣積層至定子50之積層厚度之大約一半厚度之塊體接著的情形,每隔定子之積層厚度之大約一半之時間,產生不對帶狀薄鋼板進行接著劑塗布之週期。因此,轉子與定子中必須分別設置不對帶狀薄鋼板進行接著劑塗布之週期不同的接著劑塗布裝置。
再者,於專利文獻3所記載之積層鐵芯之製造裝置中,由於具備下模具內內置有升降裝置之接著劑塗布裝置,故有使模具本身大型化,致使設備維護成本上升之虞。
本發明係鑑於先前技術之上述問題點而改良者,其目的在於提供一種不會致使設備成本上升,可根據需要將足量之接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板的接著劑塗布裝置及具有此接著劑塗布裝置之積層鐵芯之製造裝置與製造方法。
為解決上述問題,本申請案第一發明之接著劑塗布裝置之特徵在於,可於同一步驟內具有複數個接著劑塗布裝置,且上述同一步驟內之複數個接著劑塗布裝置分別獨立將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板。
本申請案第二發明如本申請案第一發明,其特徵在於,複數個接著 劑塗布裝置具有內側接著劑塗布裝置與外側接著劑塗布裝置。
本申請案第三發明如本申請案第一發明,其特徵在於,具有:升降機構,其用以使複數個接著劑塗布裝置分別獨立升降。
本申請案第四發明如本申請案第二發明,其特徵在於,具有:升降機構,其用以使內側接著劑塗布裝置與外側接著劑塗布裝置分別獨立升降。
本申請案第五發明如本申請案第一至第四中任一者之發明,其特徵在於,接著劑塗布裝置具備之接著劑之噴出孔之前端相對於帶狀薄鋼板與接著劑塗布裝置抵接之面,於內側隔開。

本申請案第十三發明之積層鐵芯之製造方法之特徵在於:其係使利用接著劑塗布裝置而塗布有接著劑之帶狀薄鋼板,於模具中沖壓成特定形狀,將藉此獲得之鐵芯積層的積層鐵芯之製造方法,具有:同一步驟內之複數個接著劑塗布裝置,其等可分別獨立地將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板;及模具,其可將塗布有接著劑之帶狀薄鋼板沖壓成特定形狀;且將藉由自同一步驟內之複數個接著劑塗布裝置中選擇之接著劑塗布裝置而塗布有接著劑的帶狀薄鋼板,於模具中沖壓成特定形狀後,使藉由將帶狀薄鋼板沖壓成特定形狀而獲得之鐵芯積層。
根據本申請案第一發明、第二發明、第三發明及第四發明,藉由將複數個接著劑塗布裝置匯集於同一步驟內而謀求裝置之小型化,且藉由根據需要來切換複數個接著劑塗布裝置,而可根據需要將足量之接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板。根據本申請案第五發明,即便接著劑塗布裝置上升之距離產生誤差,亦可根據需要將足量之接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板。根據本申請案第六發明,與於模具內具有接著劑塗布裝置之情形相比,可謀求模具之小型化,且使設備維護變得容易。又,因可將接著劑之供給裝置配置於接著劑塗布裝置附近,故接著劑之流路變短,而縮短接著劑之供給與停止之應答時間,因而接著劑之浪費變少。根據本申請案第七發明,可將同一步驟內之複數個接著劑塗布裝置以同時不塗布或由任一者塗布之方式切換,而根據需要將足量之接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板。根據本申請案第八發明,可謀求妥善之設備之保全。根據本申請案第九發明,可確實知曉接著劑是否塗布於帶狀薄鋼板,且於未塗布所需之量之接著劑之情形時採取適當之對策。根據本申請案第十發明,因可提高接著劑之流動性,故對帶狀薄鋼板之塗布會順利進行。根據本申請案第十一發明、第十二發明及第十三發明,即便依同一步驟內之複數個模具之各者,將接著劑塗布裝置切換為塗布或切換為不塗布,亦可實現接著劑於帶狀薄鋼板之穩定塗布,且謀求積層鐵芯之生產性提高。

以下,基於附加圖式說明本發明之實施形態,但於未脫離本發明之技術範圍之範圍內,可進行各種變化或修正。
圖1係包含本發明之接著劑塗布裝置及其前後設備之積層鐵芯之製造裝置之一實施形態之概略構成圖。於圖1中,1為捲繞有帶狀薄鋼板2之線圈材,3為內側接著劑塗布裝置,4為外側接著劑塗布裝置,5為內側接著劑塗布裝置之升降機構,6為外側接著劑塗布裝置之升降機構,7為上模具,8為下模具。內側接著劑塗布裝置3或外側接著劑塗布裝置4可分別藉由升降機構5或6獨立升降。如圖1所示,內側接著劑塗布裝置3與外側接著劑塗布裝置4設置於緊鄰上下模具之前。藉由內側接著劑塗布裝置3與外側接著劑塗布裝置4將接著劑塗布於自線圈材1送出之帶狀薄鋼板2之下表面後,帶狀薄鋼板2由上模具7與下模具8及根據需要之後續之上模具與下模具沖壓成特定形狀,並沿箭頭A方向輸送。
圖2係本發明之接著劑塗布裝置之一實施形態之立體圖。於圖2中,10為內側接著劑塗布裝置3之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部,11為外側接著劑塗布裝置4之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部。噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10、內側之圓形部10a及外側之環狀部10b可藉由後述之升降機構而一體升降。噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部11可藉由與內側用不同之升降機構升降。12為複數個雷射感測器,其等用以感知接著劑是否塗布於帶狀薄鋼板。13為電磁閥,其用以控制內側接著劑塗布裝置與外側接著劑塗布裝置之升降機構之升降動作。14為筒式加熱器,其用以使接著劑之溫度上升。15為溫度感測器,其用以感知包含噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10、內側之圓形部10a及外側之環狀部10b的內側接著劑塗布裝置3之溫度,16為溫度感測器,其用以感知包含噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部11的 外側接著劑塗布裝置4之溫度。
圖3係本發明之接著劑塗布裝置之一實施形態之俯視圖。17為供給口,其用以對內側接著劑塗布裝置3之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10供給接著劑,18為供給口,其用以對外側接著劑塗布裝置4之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部11供給接著劑。該等供給口17與18可拆裝。
圖4係本發明之接著劑塗布裝置之一實施形態之側視圖。19為減震器,其用於將伴隨包含噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部11之外側接著劑塗布裝置4之升降動作的衝擊緩和;20為減震器,其用於將伴隨包含噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10、內側之圓形部10a及外側之環狀部10b之內側接著劑塗布裝置3之升降動作的衝擊緩和。
圖6係本發明之接著劑塗布裝置之一實施形態之前視圖。21為氣壓缸,其用以使包含噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部11的外側接著劑塗布裝置4升降,22為氣壓缸,其用以使包含噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10、內側之圓形部10a及外側之環狀部10b的內側接著劑塗布裝置3升降。23為光微感測器,其用以感知氣壓缸21之上下限,24為光微感測器,其用以感知氣壓缸22之上下限。另,氣壓缸21與氣壓缸22分別配備有複數個。
圖8係顯示本發明之接著劑塗布裝置中之接著劑之流路之一實施形態之俯視圖,該情形之流路25之寬度d跨及全長相同,通過該流路25,自圖3所示之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10與11之各個噴出孔26與27噴出接 著劑。圖9係顯示本發明之接著劑塗布裝置中之接著劑之流路之另一實施形態之俯視圖,該情形之流路28之寬度w朝前端逐漸變小。流路之長度相對較長之情形,流路之寬度朝前端變小有利於將接著劑送出至前端。於圖1至圖3中,噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10與11(接著劑塗布裝置上表面)位於自下模具8之上表面略微凹窪之位置。如此,若噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10與11凹窪成凹狀,則有如下優點:自噴出孔26與27噴出之接著劑未直接塗布於薄鋼板(參照圖1之符號2)之下表面,可將於噴出孔26與27上隆起之大致一定量之接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板之下表面。
對使用如上所述構成之接著劑塗布裝置將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板的方法進行說明。
並非對帶狀薄鋼板無間斷地塗布接著劑,於圖1中,與使上模具7朝下模具8下降而將帶狀薄鋼板2沖壓成特定形狀之時序同步,對帶狀薄鋼板2塗布接著劑。即,如圖1所示,於沖壓以外之時序,於帶狀薄鋼板2與內側接著劑塗布裝置3之上表面、外側接著劑塗布裝置4之上表面、架台9a、9b之上表面及下模具8之上表面之間設置有特定間隔(數mm左右)。且,於圖1中,於將帶狀薄鋼板2沖壓成特定形狀之時序,藉由上模具7朝下模具8下降,而將帶狀薄鋼板2朝下模具8側按壓。內側接著劑塗布裝置3與外側接著劑塗布裝置4可分別獨立升降,因而可上升至內側接著劑塗布裝置3或外側接著劑塗布裝置4之任一者之上表面相對於帶狀薄鋼板2之下表面略微凹窪之位置。且,因自儲存有接著劑之貯槽(未圖示)以特定壓力始終對內側接著劑塗布裝置3與外側接著劑塗布裝置4供給接著劑,故可將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板2之下表面。
如上所述,將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板2之下表面後,帶狀薄鋼板2由上模具7與下模具8及根據需要之後續之上模具與下模具沖壓成特定形狀,藉由沖壓成特定形狀而獲得之鐵芯積層於下模具8或後續之下模具內。若該積層鐵芯達到特定片數,則自下模具8或後續之下模具排出,且排出之積層鐵芯於被實施加熱等之特定之後處理後,被組裝。例如,於圖1中,於使上模具7朝下模具8下降而將帶狀薄鋼板2沖壓成特定形狀之時序,僅使內側接著劑塗布裝置3上升而藉由內側接著劑塗布裝置3將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板2之下表面,且將該部分以上模具7與下模具8沖壓成特定形狀並積層於下模具8內。接著,於上模具7與下模具8後續之上模具與下模具中,於使上模具朝下模具下降而將帶狀薄鋼板2沖壓成特定形狀之時序,僅使外側接著劑塗布裝置4上升而藉由外側接著劑塗布裝置4將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板2之下表面,且將該部分於上模具7與下模具8後續之上模具與下模具中沖壓成特定形狀並積層於下模具內。
如上所述,自儲存有接著劑之貯槽(未圖示)以特定壓力供給之接著劑到達圖3所示之供給口17與18,且自內側接著劑塗布裝置3之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10之噴出孔26、及外側接著劑塗布裝置4之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部11之噴出孔27,塗布於帶狀薄鋼板之下表面。噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10、內側之圓形部10a及外側之環狀部10b係可藉由後述之升降機構一體升降,噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部11可藉由與內側用不同之升降機構而升降。如此,於本發明中,可將內側接著劑塗布裝置3與外側接著劑塗布裝置4組入至1個設備中,使各者獨立升降,因而與圖 13之積層芯製造設備相比,不僅可使接著劑塗布裝置、模具及積層鐵芯製造裝置小型化,亦使全體設備構成簡易,可謀求設備成本大幅減少。
具體而言,內側接著劑塗布裝置3之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部10、內側之圓形部10a及外側之環狀部10b係可藉由圖6所示之氣壓缸22升降,外側接著劑塗布裝置4之噴出孔以圓弧狀排列之塗布部11係可藉由圖6所示之氣壓缸21升降。
另,即使如圖11般製造積層芯之情形,亦可藉由根據需要切換複數個接著劑塗布裝置,而根據需要將足量之接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板。再者,本發明除同心形狀之積層芯外,亦可適用於沿圓周方向分割之積層芯等。
氣壓缸21與22之作動係由圖2所示之電磁閥13控制,氣壓缸之升降動作之上下限係由圖6所示之光微感測器23與24感知,本發明中,因具備圖4所示之減震器19與20,故可緩和伴隨該等升降動作而產生之對各設備之衝擊,且縮短衝擊引起之振動收斂之時間。
再者,本發明如圖2所示,具備用於感知接著劑是否塗布於帶狀薄鋼板之複數個雷射感測器12。因此,例如,若存在接著劑未塗布於帶狀薄鋼板之部位,則可藉由將雷射感測器12所感知之資訊反饋至儲存有接著劑之貯槽(未圖示),而中斷接著劑對內側接著劑塗布裝置3與外側接著劑塗布裝置4之供給,並採取檢查、修理等必要措施。
於圖2中,用以使接著劑之溫度上升之筒式加熱器14與未圖示之電源連接,藉由以筒式加熱器14將接著劑升溫,可提高接著劑之流動性,而自圖3所示之噴出孔26與27穩定噴出接著劑。又,因具有溫度感測器15與16,故可感知設備之異常溫度,且根據需要調整筒式加熱器14之運轉個數。因內側接著劑塗布裝置3與外側接著劑塗布裝置4設置於上模具7與下模具8之外,故筒式加熱器14之升溫不會影響模具裝置,反之,模具裝置之溫度變化不會影響接著劑之流動性。
[產業上之可利用性]
本發明之接著劑塗布裝置可適用於步進馬達或馬達芯用之積層鐵芯用之帶狀薄鋼板。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種接著劑塗布裝置,其特徵在於:其於同一行程內具有複數個接著劑塗布裝置,且上述同一行程內之複數個接著劑塗布裝置可同時或於不同時期,分別獨立地將接著劑塗布於帶狀薄鋼板之同一面之不同部分;其中,複數個接著劑塗布裝置包含內側接著劑塗布裝置與外側接著劑塗布裝置,且上述內側接著劑塗布裝置係以被外側接著劑塗布裝置包圍之方式配置。
  2. 如請求項1之接著劑塗布裝置,其包含:升降機構,其用於使內側接著劑塗布裝置與外側接著劑塗布裝置分別獨立升降。
  3. 如請求項1之接著劑塗布裝置,其中接著劑塗布裝置係設置於緊鄰將帶狀薄鋼板沖壓成特定形狀之模具之前。
  4. 如請求項2之接著劑塗布裝置,其中接著劑塗布裝置係設置於緊鄰將帶狀薄鋼板沖壓成特定形狀之模具之前。
  5. 如請求項1至4中任一項之接著劑塗布裝置,其包含:減震器,其用於緩和伴隨接著劑塗布裝置之升降動作而產生之衝擊。
  6. 如請求項1至4中任一項之接著劑塗布裝置,其包含:感測器,其用於感知接著劑是否塗布於帶狀薄鋼板。
  7. 如請求項5之接著劑塗布裝置,其包含:感測器,其用於感知接著劑是否塗布於帶狀薄鋼板。
  8. 如請求項1至4中任一項之接著劑塗布裝置,其包含接著劑之溫度上升機構。
  9. 如請求項5之接著劑塗布裝置,其包含接著劑之溫度上升機構。
  10. 如請求項6之接著劑塗布裝置,其包含接著劑之溫度上升機構。
  11. 如請求項7之接著劑塗布裝置,其包含接著劑之溫度上升機構。
