Abstract
Description
帯状薄鋼板に対して途切れることなく接着剤が塗布されるのではなく、図1において、上金型7を下金型8に向かって下降させて帯状薄鋼板2を所定の形状に打ち抜くタイミングに同期させて、帯状薄鋼板2に対して接着剤が塗布される。すなわち、図1に示すように、打ち抜き以外のタイミングでは、帯状薄鋼板2と、内側接着剤塗付装置3の上面、外側接着剤塗付装置4の上面、架台9a、9bの上面および下金型8の上面との間には所定の間隔(数mm程度)が設けられている。そして、図1において、帯状薄鋼板2を所定の形状に打ち抜くタイミングで、上金型7が下金型8に向かって下降することで帯状薄鋼板2は下金型8側に向けて押圧される。内側接着剤塗付装置3と外側接着剤塗付装置4はそれぞれ独立して昇降することが可能であるから、帯状薄鋼板2の下面を内側接着剤塗付装置3又は外側接着剤塗付装置4のいずれかの上面に当接させることができる。そして、接着剤が貯留されているタンク(図示せず)から所定の圧力で接着剤が内側接着剤塗付装置3と外側接着剤塗付装置4に常時供給されているので、帯状薄鋼板2の下面に接着剤を塗布することができる。
尚、図11のように積層コアを製造する場合であっても、複数の接着剤塗付装置を必要に応じて切り替えることにより、必要にして充分な量の接着剤を帯状薄鋼板に塗布することができる。さらに本発明は、同心形状の積層コアだけでなく、円周方向に分割した積層コアなどに対しても適用することができる。

Claims (13)
- 同一工程内に複数の接着剤塗付装置を有し、上記同一工程内の複数の接着剤塗付装置がそれぞれ独立して帯状薄鋼板に接着剤を塗付することが可能であることを特徴とする接着剤塗付装置。
- 複数の接着剤塗付装置が内側接着剤塗付装置と外側接着剤塗付装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- 複数の接着剤塗付装置をそれぞれ独立して昇降させるための昇降手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- 内側接着剤塗付装置と外側接着剤塗付装置をそれぞれ独立して昇降させるための昇降手段を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- 接着剤塗付装置が備える接着剤の吐出孔の先端は、帯状薄鋼板が接着剤塗付装置と当接する面に対して内側に離間していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- 金型以外の場所に接着剤塗付装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- 帯状薄鋼板を昇降させるための昇降手段を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- 接着剤塗付射装置の昇降動作に伴う衝撃を緩和するためのショックアブソーバを有することを特徴とする請求項3ないし7のいずれかに記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- 帯状薄鋼板に接着剤が塗布されたかどうかを感知するためのセンサを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- 接着剤の温度上昇手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の接着剤塗付装置。
- それぞれ独立して帯状薄鋼板に接着剤を塗付することが可能な同一工程内の複数の接着剤塗付装置と、接着剤が塗布された帯状薄鋼板を所定の形状に打ち抜くことが可能な同一工程内の複数の金型を有することを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 同一工程内の複数の金型毎に接着剤が塗布された帯状薄鋼板の打ち抜き後の積層厚みが異なることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 接着剤塗布装置によって接着剤が塗布された帯状薄鋼板を金型において所定形状に打ち抜くことによって得た鉄心を積層する積層鉄心の製造方法であって、それぞれ独立して帯状薄鋼板に接着剤を塗付することが可能な同一工程内の複数の接着剤塗付装置と、接着剤が塗布された帯状薄鋼板を所定形状に打ち抜くことが可能な金型とを有し、同一工程内の複数の接着剤塗布装置から選択された接着剤塗布装置によって接着剤が塗布された帯状薄鋼板を金型において所定形状に打ち抜いた後、帯状薄鋼板を所定形状に打ち抜くことによって得られる鉄心を積層することを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造方法。
