Description
前記合成樹脂発泡材料が前記連通部へ流れる流路の途中であって前記連通部の手前5〜10mmにキャビティ面から突出する突起部を前記上型に設けたことを特徴とする。
前記合成樹脂発泡材料が前記連通部へ流れる流路の途中にキャビティ面から突出する突起部の設けられた上型と前記下型とで構成される成形型内に合成樹脂発泡材料を導入する材料導入工程と、前記材料導入工程後、前記導入した合成樹脂発泡材料を発泡硬化させる発泡硬化工程と、前記発泡硬化工程中に、前記上型に且つ前記連通部の手前5〜10mmに設けた突起部により、ガス溜まりを前記連通部の周囲に小さなガス溜まりとして分散させるガス溜まり分散工程と、を有し、前記発泡硬化工程では、前記合成樹脂発泡材料が前記突起部、前記連通部の順に流れることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 上型と下型とにより形成されるキャビティと、該キャビティと外気とを連通する連通部と、を有する合成樹脂発泡材料を成形するための成形型において、
前記合成樹脂発泡材料が前記連通部へ流れる流路の途中であって前記連通部の手前5〜10mmにキャビティ面から突出する突起部を前記上型に設けたことを特徴とする合成樹脂発泡成形型。 - 前記突起部は、棒状体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂発泡成形型
- 前記突起部は、平面部が前記合成樹脂発泡材料の流れと交差する板状体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂発泡成形型。
- 前記棒状体は、直径が2〜10mm、キャビティ面からの高さが2〜10mmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の合成樹脂発泡成形型。
- 前記板状体は、厚さが1〜7mm、幅が20〜70mm、キャビティ面からの高さが10〜30mmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の合成樹脂発泡成形型。
- 前記突起部は、キャビティ面を構成する材質と同じ材質であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の合成樹脂発泡成形型。
- 上型と下型とにより形成されるキャビティと、該キャビティと外気とを連通する連通部と、を有する合成樹脂発泡材料を成形するための成形型を用いた合成樹脂発泡成形品の製造方法において、
前記合成樹脂発泡材料が前記連通部へ流れる流路の途中にキャビティ面から突出する突起部の設けられた上型と前記下型とで構成される成形型内に合成樹脂発泡材料を導入する材料導入工程と、
前記材料導入工程後、前記導入した合成樹脂発泡材料を発泡硬化させる発泡硬化工程と、
前記発泡硬化工程中に、前記上型に且つ前記連通部の手前5〜10mmに設けた突起部により、ガス溜まりを前記連通部の周囲に小さなガス溜まりとして分散させるガス溜まり分散工程と、を有し、
前記発泡硬化工程では、前記合成樹脂発泡材料が前記突起部、前記連通部の順に流れることを特徴とする合成樹脂発泡成形品の製造方法。
