Claims (6)
- エンジンの動力を駆動輪側へ伝達する無段変速部と、前記無段変速部と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成すると共に油圧式の係合装置の係合作動によって変速が実行される有段変速部とを備えた車両用動力伝達装置の、制御装置であって、
前記有段変速部の変速時には、前記エンジンのパワー指令値が大きい程、前記係合装置の油圧指令値を高くする油圧指令値設定部を含み、
前記油圧指令値設定部は、前記有段変速部の変速時には、前記有段変速部を変速させる際の前記無段変速部及び前記有段変速部における回転エネルギーの変化率に応じたパワーである変速の進行に必要なパワーに基づいて前記係合装置の油圧指令値を設定するものであり、
前記油圧指令値設定部は、前記変速の進行に必要なパワーが小さい程、前記係合装置の油圧指令値を高くすることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記油圧指令値設定部は、前記有段変速部の変速前後の、前記無段変速部及び前記有段変速部における回転エネルギー差を、前記有段変速部の目標変速時間で除算することで、前記変速の進行に必要なパワーを算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記油圧指令値設定部は、前記変速の進行に必要なパワーを、前記有段変速部の出力回転部材の回転速度が大きい程大きな値とし、又、前記有段変速部の変速前後におけるギヤ段のギヤ比の差が大きい程大きな値とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記油圧指令値設定部は、前記エンジンのパワー指令値から前記変速の進行に必要なパワーを減算することで算出されたパワーに基づいて前記係合装置の油圧指令値を設定するものであり、
前記油圧指令値設定部は、前記算出されたパワーが大きい程、前記係合装置の油圧指令値を高くすることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記無段変速部は、前記エンジンが動力伝達可能に連結された差動機構と前記差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された第1電動機とを有し前記第1電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式無段変速部であり、
前記車両用動力伝達装置は、前記電気式無段変速部の出力回転部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2電動機を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両用動力伝達装置は、前記第1電動機及び前記第2電動機の各々に対して電力を授受する蓄電装置を更に備えており、
前記油圧指令値設定部は、前記蓄電装置の充放電電力を加味せずに前記係合装置の油圧指令値を設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
