Abstract
【解決手段】第1電動機M1および第2電動機M2の少なくとも一方が正側若しくは負側の予め定められた最大トルクで運転されている場合に自動変速部20のクラッチツウクラッチ変速に関与する係合装置がスリップ作動させられる場合は、その係合装置のトルク容量を変更することでその係合装置のスリップ状態が制御されることから、その係合装置のスリップ状態を予め定められた目標スリップ状態(目標入力軸回転数変化率dωm2* /dt(rad/sec2))に近づけるようにすることができので、その係合装置の耐久性が損なわれたり係合装置の係合ショックすなわち車両の変速ショックが発生することが好適に抑制される。

Claims (5)
- エンジンが連結された第1回転要素と第1回転機が連結された第2回転要素と第2回転機が連結された出力回転部材である第3回転要素とを有する差動機構を備えてその第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより差動状態が制御される電気式無段変速部と、その電気式無段変速部の出力回転部材と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に設けられた係合装置とを有するハイブリッド車両用係合装置の制御装置であって、
前記第1回転機および第2回転機の少なくとも一方が正側若しくは負側の予め定められた最大トルクで運転されている場合は、前記係合装置のトルク容量を変更することで該係合装置のスリップ状態を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用係合装置の制御装置。 - 前記第1回転機または第2回転機の予め定められた最大トルクは、該第1回転機および第2回転機の熱要件から制限される最大制限トルクであることを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両用係合装置の制御装置。
- 前記係合装置のトルク容量の変更値は、運動方程式から導かれた予め記憶された関係から前記第1回転機または第2回転機の正側若しくは負側の予め定められた最大トルク、および予め定められた目標入力軸回転数変化率に基づいて算出されることを特徴とする請求項1または2のハイブリッド車両用係合装置の制御装置。
- 前記差動機構と駆動輪との間には、前記係合装置を変速段を切り換えるために備える自動変速部が設けられ、
前記第2回転機の出力トルクが前記正側最大トルクに制限されていて前記自動変速部の入力軸回転数変化率が予め定められた目標入力軸回転数変化率よりも低いときの前記係合装置のスリップ制御では、前記係合装置の入力数が該係合装置の出力回転数よりも低い側の係合装置のトルク容量を増加補正し、該係合装置の出力回転数が該係合装置の入力回転数よりも低い側の係合装置のトルク容量を減少補正することの少なくとも一方の補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両用係合装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構と駆動輪との間には、前記係合装置を変速段を切り換えるために備える自動変速部が設けられ、
前記第2回転機の出力トルクが正側最大トルクに制限されていて前記係合装置の入力回転数が出力回転数よりも低いときの前記係合装置のスリップ制御では、前記自動変速部の入力軸回転数変化率が予め定められた目標入力軸回転数変化率よりも低い場合は、前記係合装置のトルク容量を増加補正し、前記自動変速部の入力回転数変化率が前記目標入力軸回転数変化率よりも高い場合は、該係合装置のトルク容量を減少補正することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1のハイブリッド車両用係合装置の制御装置。
