Abstract
【解決手段】水素製造装置2は、バーナ25を有する改質器兼一酸化炭素変成器10と、PSA装置11と、オフガスタンク12と、第2オフガス供給路32とを備える。PSA装置11から排出されたオフガスは、オフガスタンク12に貯留され、オフガスタンク12から第2オフガス供給路32を介してバーナ25に供給される。第2オフガス供給路32は、圧力損失が50kPa以下である。第2オフガス供給路32には流量制御バルブ13が設けられている。制御部14は、流量制御バルブ13の動作を制御して、バーナ25に供給されるオフガスの流量を設定値に保つ制御をする。設定値は、PSA装置11からの水素の精製量が規定量以上となる値である。また、流量制御バルブ13は、圧力損失が20kPa以下である。

Claims (4)
- 炭化水素を含む原料ガスと水蒸気とを触媒の存在下で反応させ、一酸化炭素と水素とを生成して改質ガスを出力する改質器であり、前記触媒を加熱するためのバーナを有する改質器と、
前記改質器からの改質ガス中の一酸化炭素と水蒸気とを反応させ、二酸化炭素と水素とを生成して変成ガスを出力する一酸化炭素変成器と、
前記一酸化炭素変成器からの変成ガス中の不純物を加圧環境下で吸着剤層に吸着させる吸着工程と、常圧まで減圧して前記不純物を前記吸着剤層から脱着させ、前記不純物をオフガスとして排出する脱着工程とを繰り返すことで、前記変成ガスを水素と前記オフガスとに分離し、水素を精製する圧力スイング吸着装置と、
前記圧力スイング吸着装置と前記バーナとに接続され、前記オフガスを貯留するオフガスタンクと、
前記オフガスタンクと前記バーナとに接続され、前記オフガスタンクを通じて前記オフガスを前記バーナに供給するためのオフガス供給路とを備え、
前記オフガス供給路の圧力損失が50kPa以下である水素製造装置。 - 前記オフガス供給路にはバルブが設けられており、
前記バルブの圧力損失が20kPa以下である請求項1に記載の水素製造装置。 - 前記バルブは流量制御バルブであり、
前記流量制御バルブの動作を制御して、前記バーナに供給される前記オフガスの流量を設定値に保つ制御をする制御部を備える請求項2に記載の水素製造装置。 - 前記設定値は、前記圧力スイング吸着装置の水素の精製量が規定量以上となる値である請求項3に記載の水素製造装置。
