Abstract
【解決手段】コイル部品100は、コイル部103が内部に配置された本体101と、コイル部に接続された外部電極120、130とを含む。本体は、内部にFe系ナノ結晶粒合金からなる金属粒子を含む。Fe系ナノ結晶粒合金は、示差走査熱量(DSC)グラフにおいて1つ又は2つのピークを有し、2つのピークを有する場合、1次ピークの大きさが2次ピークより小さい形態である。

図1は電子機器に適用されるコイル部品の例を概略的に示す図である。
以下、本発明のコイル部品について説明するにあたって、便宜上、インダクタ(Inductor)の構造を例に挙げて説明するが、前述したように、他の様々な用途のコイル部品にも本実施形態で提案するコイル部品を適用できることは言うまでもない。

Claims (3)
- コイル部が内部に配置された本体と、
前記コイル部に接続された外部電極とを含み、
前記本体は、内部にFe系ナノ結晶粒合金からなる金属粒子を含み、
前記Fe系ナノ結晶粒合金は、示差走査熱量(DSC)グラフにおいて1つのピークを有し、前記ピークは、600〜800℃である、コイル部品。 - 前記金属粒子は、前記Fe系ナノ結晶粒合金からなるナノ結晶粒を含み、前記ナノ結晶粒の大きさは、20〜50nmである、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記Fe系ナノ結晶粒合金は、Fe(100−a−x−y−z−p−q)CoaSixByMzCupPqの組成式で表され、ここで、0≦a≦0.5、2≦x≦17、6≦y≦15、0<z≦5、0.5≦p≦1.5、0≦q≦8を満たし、MはTi、Zr、Hf、V、Nb、Ta、Cr、Mo、Wから選択される少なくとも1種の元素である、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
